I just called and the lady who served me not only did not serve me but hung up the phone. How do these people get a job I wonder.

N	Nikos Athan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μια ώρα αναμονή για το ταμείο μέσα στην τράπεζα και περίπου 20 λεπτά έξω. Ένα ταμείο μόνο. Ένα ΑΤΜ έξω, 2 μέσα. Νοοτροπία δημοσίου φύγε και πήγαινε αλλού. Ωράριο μειωμένο ως τις 2 αλλά 2 παρά δεν μπαίνεις. Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω πως το σκέφτονται όλο αυτό? Σε ποια άλλη επιχείρηση υπάρχει τέτοια συμπεριφορά προς τον πελάτη και δεν έχει κλείσει ακόμα? An hour wait for the cashier inside the bank and about 20 minutes outside. One fund only. An ATM outside, 2 inside. Public mentality leave and go elsewhere. Hours reduced to 2 but 2 despite not entering. I can not understand how they think all this; In what other business is there such behavior towards the customer and it is not closed yet?

Η συμπεριφορά της προϊσταμένης είναι αντάξια ενός κακού δημόσιου υπάλληλου (γιατι υπάρχουν και καλοί δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι). Ο ταμίας, που αμφιβάλλω εάν έχει βγάλει πανεπιστήμιο, είναι άσχετος με τις βασικές λειτουργίες του τραπεζικού συστήματος. Η Τράπεζα, που γενικότερα είναι καλή, θα πρέπει να αναθεωρήσει την ύπαρξη του καταστήματος. Περισσότερο κακό τους κάνει από την φθηνή εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν είναι θέμα ποσότητας αλλά ποιότητας και δεν τίθεται θέμα understaffing. Ή να αλλάξει το προσωπικό με σοβαρούς επαγγελματίες ή να το κλείσει. Τόσο άσχημα.. Poor service and very low level. Tragic.
