★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση από κοντά κάκιστη και τηλεφωνικά μιας κι από τις 200 φορές που έχω καλέσει δεν το έχουν σηκώσει το τηλέφωνο ούτε μια φορά!!!!!!!!!!!
Bad service up close bad and by phone since from the 200 times I have called they have not picked up the phone even once !!!!!!!!!!!

The old Athens had a vibrant optimism and the Athens of today is pessimistic and filled with suspicion. The young lady sitting at her desk right across from the main entrance at around 1:30pm, that went out of her way this afternoon to help me pay my health insurance, reminded me of the youthful spirit of nineties Greece. Many thanks and many kudos to her. To the branch manager (38 Athinas Street): you have a winner on your hands in this young lady; perhaps it’s time for a promotion? Just a suggestion…
