m	madwithopeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα σήμερα (20/12/2019) για να ανοίξω λογαριασμό έχοντας όλα τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα που αναφέρονται στην ιστοσελίδα της τράπεζας Πειραιώς. Μόλις έφτασα στο κατάστημα ενημερώθηκα από το προσωπικό πως για να ανοίξεις λογαριαμό πρέπει να κλείσεις ραντεβού (!!!) και πως το επόμενο διαθέσιμο είναι σε 2 βδομάδες (02/01/2020). Η αρνητική αξιολόγηση δεν έχει να κάνει με τους εργαζόμενους στο κατάστημα, αλλά με την πολιτική της τράπεζας Πειραιώς που θα έπρεπε να ενημερώνει τους υποψήφιους πελάτες της μέσω της ιστοσελίδας της ότι πρέπει να κλείσεις ραντεβού κι όχι απλά να πας στο κατάστημα (και να "σκοτώσεις" ώρες από τη ζωή σου) χωρίς να κάνεις τίποτα. I went today (20/12/2019) to open an account with all the necessary documents listed on the Piraeus Bank website. As soon as I arrived at the store I was informed by the staff that in order to open an account you must make an appointment (!!!) and that the next one is available in 2 weeks (02/01/2020). The negative rating is not about the store employees, but about Piraeus Bank's policy of informing its prospective customers through its website that you should make an appointment and not just go to the store (and "kill" them). M	Mobile User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσοχή στη νέα κομπίνα των απατεώνων. Χρεώνουν μικροποσα 1 2ευρω τη καρτα σου. Όταν τους καλεις για εξηγήσεις σου λένε κάπου θα τη χρεωσατε και δε θυμάστε. Κάποιο app κάποια ιστοσελίδα κλπ. και για λογους ασφαλείας καλό θα ήταν να αλλάξετε τη κάρτα σας που πλεον τη χρεώνουν 5 6ευρω. Μου το χουν κάνει 3 φορες μέχρι τώρα. 1 φορά ανά 2μηνο. Some app some website etc and for safety reasons it would be good to change your card that you are already charging it 5 6euro. I have been doing it three times so far. 1 time every 2 months.
Ε	ΕΛΕΝΗ ΜΙΧΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων! Αγένεια και ειρωνεία! Αλλά και έλλειψη γνώσης! Απορώ γιατί δεν τους εκπαιδεύουν και τους αφήνουν ανίδεους να ταλαιπωρούν τον κόσμο! Μακριά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Για μια απλή κατάθεση χρημάτων στο ΙΒΑΝ του ΕΦΚΑ, ο εξυπνάκιας ο υπάλληλος με έστελνε σε λογιστή να φέρω κάποια χαρτιά (λογιστή δεν έχω βέβαια γιατί είμαι μισθωτή υπάλληλος του δημοσίου) ή βεβαίωση από τον ΕΚΦΑ, που όταν αναγκάστηκα μετά μυρίων βασάνων να πάω εκεί οι υπάλληλοι απόρησαν! Τελικά η εξυπηρέτηση έγινε με ευκολία σε άλλο κατάστημα στην Πλατεία Κοτζιά, όπου ακόμη και ο Διευθυντής εκεί απόρησε με την ταλαιπωρία στην οποία με είχε υποβάλει το κατάστημα της Καλλιθέας! Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας... The behavior of the employees is unacceptable! Rudeness and irony! But also lack of knowledge! Χ	Χριστίνα-Πωλίνα Λαμπρινού on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάκιστη τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση (ανύπαρκτη βασικα, δεν το σηκώνουν ποτέ), ενώ τα ραντεβού πανε 3-4 εβδομάδες μετά. Δυστυχώς μέσα η κατασταση δε βελτιώνεται, οι υπάλληλοι συζητάνε χαλαρά μεταξύ τους κ δεν ανοίγουν την πόρτα ενω απέξω εχει 10 ατομα ουρά (αναλογία 6 υπάλληλοι 4 πελάτες, ο ένας σε αυτόματο μηχάνημα). Η νοοτροπία κ το υφος αντιστοιχουν σε δημοσιο των 80s, που να ήταν κ δικό τους το "μαγαζί". Απαράδεκτο σύστημα συγκριτικά με οποιαδήποτε άλλη τράπεζα. Δε μπόρεσαν/ ήθελαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν παρουσιάζοντας εμπόδια ενώ σε άλλο υποκατάστημα της ίδιας τράπεζας οι άνθρωποι μου έλυσαν ότι πρόβλημα προέκυψε με ευγένεια. Poor phone service (basically non-existent, they never pick it up), while appointments go 3-4 weeks later. Unfortunately, inside the situation does not improve, the employees talk casually to each other and do not open the door while outside there are 10 people queuing (ratio of 6 employees to 4 customers, one in an automatic machine). The mentality and the style correspond to a public of the 80s, which was their own "shop". Unacceptable system compared to any other bank. They could not / did not want to serve me by presenting obstacles while in another branch of the same bank my people solved that problem arose politely.
