Ευγενικό προσωπικό, εξυπηρετικό, πρόθυμο, παρά τις αντίξοες συνθήκες εργασίας λόγω των αποχωρήσεων προσωπικού και της πανδημίας. Σίγουρα χρειάζεται ενίσχυση σε προσωπικό κάτι που θα το καθιστούσε πιθανά απο τα καλύτερα στην τραπεζά σας. Ο Δ/ντης κος Τσεκούρας, γνώστης όλων των εργασιών, όπως διαπίστωσα, σαν ένας μαέστρος, συντονίζει μοναδικά την ορχήστρα του, επεμβαίνοντας και δίνοντας λύσεις ο ίδιος προσωπικά σε οτι χρειαστεί. Συγχαρητήρια στο προσωπικό του κατ/τος Καλλιθέας και στο Διευθυντή του. One of the largest Kat / s of the bank, at a peak point. Polite staff, helpful, willing, despite adverse working conditions due to staff departures and pandemic. Definitely need staff support which would probably make it one of the best in your bank. The director Mr. Tsekouras, knowledgeable of all the works, as I found out, as a conductor, uniquely coordinates his orchestra, intervening and giving solutions personally to whatever is needed. Congratulations to the staff of Kallithea and its Director.

Μας ταλαιπώρησαν για πολύ καιρό σχετικά με ένα συγκεκριμένο θέμα, ισχυριζόμενοι ότι είχε δρομολογηθεί, για να μας βάλουν, εν τέλει, να βγάλουμε μόνοι μας το φίδι από την τρύπα, δίνοντάς μας έναν αριθμό να καλέσουμε, καθώς υπήρχε κάποιο κώλυμα, για το οποίο (είπαν) ότι η τράπεζα δεν μπορεί να κάνει τίποτα. Εν τω μεταξύ, όλα τα δικαιολογητικά που χρειάζονταν είχαν κατατεθεί από την πρώτη μας επίσκεψη και καταλήξαμε να τους τα πηγαίνουμε κάθε - μα κάθε - φορά, για να λάβουμε την ίδια απάντηση "Όλα εντάξει, θα γίνει, μην ανησυχείτε". Χωρίς αποτέλεσμα, φυσικά. Ευτυχώς πήγαμε σε άλλο κατάστημα στην Καλλιθέα και κάναμε τη δουλειά μας μέσα σε μία ημέρα, χωρίς πολλά-πολλά. They do not know what is happening to them. E	Evi Evdokia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπάθησα να κλείσω ραντεβού τηλεφωνικώς αρκετές φορές σε διαφορετικές ημέρες.Δεν τα κατάφερα,ούτε κατεβάζοντας το spp. Δεν πειράζει, έχει κι άλλες τράπεζες για τις ίδιες υπηρεσίες. I tried to make an appointment by phone several times on different days. I did not succeed, not even downloading spp. It does not matter, it has other banks for the same services.

Ζήτησα να ανοίξω λογαριασμό όψεως (έχω ήδη ταμιευτηρίου) και αφού ταλαιπωρήθηκα τόσο στο τηλέφωνο όσο και στο φυσικό κατάστημα ήμουν ακριβής στην ημέρα και ώρα που μου είχαν κλείσει το ραντεβού. Η κυρία που θα με εξυπηρετούσε κανονικά είχε άλλη πελάτισσα κ αγενώς με παρέπεμψε σε άλλη υπάλληλο, η οποία με ρώτησε "και γιατί σας στείλανε σε μένα"..... Επέστρεψα στην πρώτη κυρία που συνέχισε την αγενή συμπεριφορά με αποτέλεσμα να μην πραγματοποιηθεί η δουλειά μου και να φύγω εκνευρισμένος. Για να μην μακρηγορούμε: 1. ευτυχώς που υπάρχουν και άλλες τράπεζες που εξυπηρετούν πιο γρήγορα και αποτελεσματικά και όχι με ρυθμούς παλιού δημοσίου. 2. καλό θα ήταν να μην αξιολογούνται οι πελάτες από το αν μπαίνουν στο κατάστημα με κοστούμι ή με φορμα εργασίας One of the largest Deposits of the bank, at a peak .....
