★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφώνησα 2 συνεχόμενες μέρες για ένα συγκεκριμένο δύσκολο θέμα, στο τηλ απάντησαν 2 διαφορετικές υπάλληλοι, οι οποίες ήταν ευγενέστατες, αναλυτικές κι εξυπηρετικές!
I called for 2 consecutive days for a specific difficult issue, 2 different employees answered the phone, which were very kind, detailed and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση και να σκεφτεί κανείς ότι πληρώνονται από εμάς. Η υπάλληλος Ε. Χ. απαράδεκτη... Την κατάσταση σώζει η εξαιρετική υπάλληλος Ρ. Κ. που συνήθως είναι μπαίνοντας δεξιά καθώς και ο κατά τα άλλα εξυπηρετικός διευθυντής. Γι αυτούς και τα 2 αστέρια διαφορετικά για τους υπόλοιπους κρίμα που δεν υπάρχει 0.
Miserable service and think that they are paid by us. The CS official is unacceptable ... The situation is saved by the excellent RC officer who is usually on the right as well as the otherwise helpful manager. For them both 2 stars different for the rest of the shame there is no 0.
