Και το αποτελεσμα μετα απο ολο αυτο απλα μου εδωσε τα ρεστα ΠΟΥ ΗΔΗ ΕΙΧΕ ΕΠΑΝΩ ΤΟΥ. Καλή ποιότητα στην πίτσα και γενικά όλα στο κουτί πολύ καλά εκτός από τα onion rings είναι απλά σκέτο rings κρεμμύδι πουθενά. Όχι απαραίτητα η καλύτερη πίτσα, σίγουρα όμως έτη φωτός μπροστά από τον ανταγωνισμό σε όρους marketing, εξυπηρέτησης, προσαρμογής στην ελληνική αγορά κλπ. Βελτιστοποιημένο mobile friendly site με πολλές επιλογές και νέες signature ιδέες (double pizza, pizza crosscut κλπ), μαγαζιά σε όλη την επικράτεια, συνεχή δραστηριότητα στα social media, εποικοδομητική ανατροφοδότηση με τους καταναλωτές και πολλά άλλα. Τα παραπάνω δημιουργούν και τις ανάλογες προσδοκίες και ως μόνιμος πελάτης του καταστήματος στη Καλαμαριά πιστεύω πως το εν λόγω δεν ανταποκρίνεται στα ποιοτικά στάνταρ της Fan. Το τελευταίο χρόνο έχω δοκιμάσει τις περισσότερες crosscut και double tortilla, ενώ έχω παραγγείλει και αρκετές DIY. Δυστυχώς, η ποιότητα και ποσότητα των υλικών έχει πέσει αισθητά. Ειδικότερα, στις DIY επιλέγω πάντα extra υλικά με την ανάλογη χρέωση και πάλι διακρίνω φειδωλία. Είμαι επιφυλακτικός στο να γενικεύω, αλλά όντας συνεπής πελάτης του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος υπάρχει μια απογοήτευση. M	Mariana Papoutsidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν λίγες ημέρες είχα κάνει παραγγελία μέσω efood και για κάποιον λόγο που δεν γνωρίζω αλλά πλέον έχει διευθετηθεί αυτό το θέμα από δικό μου τηλέφωνο στα κεντρικά αντί να έρθει στην διεύθυνση μου ήρθε σε μια παλιά περασμένη στο σύστημα της pizza fan ( Έχω ξανά παραγγείλει μέσω efood δεν είχα ποτέ θέμα διεύθυνσης) . Η διαφορά της διεύθυνσης ήταν ένα νούμερο αντί τάδε 51 που ήταν η σωστή ήταν τάδε 52 ουσιαστικά μια πολυκατοικία πιο κάτω. Ο διανομέας με πήρε τηλέφωνο τον ενημέρωσα πως είναι λάθος η διεύθυνση και ήρθε στο σπίτι όλο ύφος πως αν δεν έπαιρνε τηλέφωνο θα πήγαινε πίσω η παραγγελία μου (πληρωμένη κανονικά) και τον ρώτησα αν μπορεί να ενημερώσει το κατάστημα διότι το πρόβλημα ήταν από το κατάστημα και όχι από εμένα και να το παίζει ο κύριος πως τα ξέρει όλα και να μην με αφηνει να μιλήσω και να επιμένει πως εγώ ευθύνομαι για το θέμα και όπως είπε «Μάλλον δεν θέλεις να καταλάβεις τι σου λέω» . Πήρα τηλέφωνο και στα κεντρικά της efood και της pizza fan για να επισημάνω το περιστατικό αλλά επειδή είδα άλλο ένα σχόλιο για αγενέστατο διανομέα θέλω να εφιστήσω την προσοχή στο κατάστημα της καλαμαριας γιατί χαλάει την εικόνα της εταιρείας. Όλοι μας έχουμε κακές μέρες και δουλεύουμε αλλά δεν ξεσπάμε στους πελάτες. Το 2 είναι καθαρά για τον αγενέστατο διανομέα. The difference in address was a number instead of 51 which was correct it was 52 it was essentially an apartment building below. The distributor called me and I informed him that the address was wrong and he came home full of style that if he did not pick up the phone my order would go back (paid normally) and I asked him if he could inform the store because the problem was from the store and not from me and let the gentleman play it because he knows everything and does not let me talk and insists that I am responsible for the matter and as he said "You probably do not want to understand what I am telling you". I called the headquarters of efood and the pizza fan to point out the incident but because I saw another comment about a rude distributor I want to draw attention to the squid store because it spoils the image of the company. We all have bad days and we work but we do not break out to the customers. 2 is pure for the most rude distributor.

Πέρα από το γεγονός ότι άργησε πάρα πολλή ώρα να έρθει, σήμερα ανακάλυψα αυτό το πολύ γνωστό σε όλους μας πλέον σύμβολο στη συσκευή θυροτυλεφωνου ΤΗΣ ΠΟΛΥΚΑΤΟΙΚΙΑΣ μου. Δεν ήταν γραμμένο δίπλα στην πόρτα η στον τοίχο του διαμερίσματός μου, ήταν γραμμένο επάνω σε μια κοινόχρηστη συσκευή της πολυκατοικίας!! Επικοινώνησα με τα κεντρικά της pizza fan και έκαναν τους κινέζους, αντί να επικοινωνήσουν απ' ευθείας με το κατάστημα. Και όταν επικοινώνησαν μετά από δική μου πίεση με το κατάστημα (όταν τους ανέφερα οτι έχω κάμερες στην είσοδο) αυτοί έκαναν επίσης τον κινέζο λέγοντας πως δεν έχουν κακά σχόλια από πελάτες προς τα παιδιά που παραδίδουν τις παραγγελίες. Ούτε μία κίνηση να ζητήσουν τα στοιχεία μου για να μιλήσουμε αυτοπροσώπως για το περιστατικό ούτε τίποτα. Τα σχόλια που υπάρχουν εδώ στο google maps μιλάνε απο μόνα τους. Οι τυπάδες που παραδίδουν τις παραγγελίες έχουν αρκετό χρόνο να βγάζουν το μαρκαδοράκι και να βανδαλίζουν ξένες περιουσίες, αλλά χρόνο για να παραδώσουν τις παραγγελίες στην ώρα τους δεν έχουν. Απαιτώ όποιος είναι ο υπαίτιος αυτού του εκτρώματος να έρθει να το καθαρίσει το συντομότερο. I placed an order yesterday. The guys who deliver the orders have enough time to take out the marker and vandalize foreign property, but they do not have time to deliver the orders on time.
