Αρχικά, η περιγραφή λέει απατηλά ότι η πίτσα περιέχει "λευκή μοτσαρέλα", κάτι το οποίο δεν υφίσταται διότι η μοτσαρέλα είναι πάντα λευκό τυρί (οπως δεν υπάρχει και η "λευκή φέτα"). Στο δια ταύτα, η πίτσα δεν ηταν καλή. Η sauce ήταν μέτρια, ίσως λίγο παραπάνω ζάχαρη από το κανονικό, αλλά τουλάχιστον είχε λίγο βασιλικό για την ισορροπία. Δυστυχώς η πίτσα ειναι θύμα του "ΒΑΛΕ ΚΙ ΑΛΛΟ ΚΑΣΕΡΙ" meme, το τυρί είναι σε τόσο μεγάλη ποσότητα που κυριολεκτικά γλιστράει έξω απο την ζύμη, ειδικά όταν προσπαθείς να σηκώσεις μια φέτα. Και αυτό είναι κυρίως φταίξιμο της ίδιας της ζύμης, ίσως το χειρότερο πράγμα στην πίτσα, πολύ doughy, μαλακιά στην υφή, κανένα απολύτως crunch και απίστευτο floppαρισμα, που βοηθάει το τυρί να "ξεφύγει".
