★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ποιος να φανταζόταν ότι ένα μαγαζί στην Σόλωνος θα είχε από τα πιο φρέσκα και καλομαγειρεμένα ψάρια που έχω δοκιμάσει. Δεν θυμάμαι το όνομα του ιδιοκτήτη, ο οποίος είναι ευγενέστατος και πλακατζής, είχε όμως δίκιο για τα ψαράκια που μας πρότεινε να φάμε. Το ίδιο προτείνω να κάνετε κι εσείς. Αφήστε τον κατάλογο στην άκρη (μην φοβάστε για τις τιμές) και εμπιστευθείτε τον μάστορα. Τώρα αν θέλετε τσιπουράκι ή κρασάκι, αυτό το αφήνω σε εσάς.
Who would have thought that a shop in Solonos would have some of the freshest and most well-cooked fish I have ever tasted. I do not remember the name of the owner, who is very kind and joking, but he was right about the fish he suggested we eat. I suggest you do the same. Set the list aside (do not be afraid of prices) and trust the carpenter. Now if you want tsipouro or wine, I leave that to you.
