Zum Strand und nahegelegenen Tavernen sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Kleine Überraschungen versüßen den Urlaub. We always like to come back to Elena. The apartments are modern, spacious and very clean. It is only a few steps to the beach and the nearby tavernas. Small surprises sweeten the holiday.

People like you make this world a better place! Short and sweet; Fantastically beautiful facility, incredibly hospitable and cordial landlords. Here you feel like part of the family. The rooms are thought through down to the smallest detail and furnished with love. Clean, modern and perfectly coordinated. We don't lack anything here! Thank you Elena and Alexandros! Every detail is carefully thought through and Elena and Alexandros are the mosy terrific hosts in Crete. The quality of the interior, from the mattresses to the windows and the Cretan snack that's ready upon arrival, everything is 5*+. In fact, we documented several ideas for our own interior design back home. The place is located at a creek, which sounds like you're sleeping directly by the sea. No mosquitos though, which is amazing. The beach is very close but we took the car and went to Ammoudaki 5 minutes away because the kids preferred the waves there. Everything in Plakias seems to have been built in 2019/2020, so quality is top notch for every type of tourist. Plakias is windy in summer. We liked this because it gives the place its own atmosphere but others might prefer calmer weather. Overall, top recommendation for a holiday in Crete!

It was a pleasure to meet them and we enjoyed every day. They helped us to get to the dentist because of some tooth problems of our daughter and gave us advice in every kind of situation (e.g. getting the right herbs in their garden, drinking the right raki ... ;-)) At all we recommend Plakias Riviera as a perfect location for staying in Plakias. Our family appartment was very clean and everything was nicely furnished. A perfect stay in special Corona days at the most exciting place on Crete. M	M. Ki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since our discovery of Elena's Plakias Riviera even our parents stayed here and enjoyed the lovely hospitality of Elena and Alexandros! I don't think you will find a better spot to stay here in Plakias! The location is 100m away from the sea. On top you'll have an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine as well as a huge garden with an outside terrace and lots of trees providing shadow. So whoever is considering to spend their holidays near Plakias or Rethymno, I can only recommend to stay at Plakias Riviera. Best, Max
