Εύκολα προσβάσιμο από τον δρόμο. Όταν έχει κσι νερό το ποτάμι είναι ονειρικό. Μην το χάσετε!? The most impressive stone and the only third arch bridge in the area. v	vero g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τα γνωστότερα γεφύρια του Ζαγορίου, βρίσκεται δυτικά των Κήπων. Γεφυρώνει το Βικάκι, αμέσως μετά την σμίξη του με το Μπαγιώτικο ρέμα. Στο ίδιο σημείο υπήρχε ξύλινο γεφύρι που το κατασκεύασε ο Νεγαδιώτης Ζώτος Ρούσσης ξοδεύοντας 14 χιλιάδες γρόσια. Το 1814 ο ηγούμενος του μοναστηριού του Προφήτη Ηλία της Βίτσας, Σεραφείμ, έκτισε νέο πέτρινο γεφύρι καταβάλλοντας 20 χιλιάδες γρόσια, για να εξυπηρετεί τον "καλογερικό" νερόμυλο που διατηρούσε η μονή στο μέρος εκείνο. Έτσι το νέο γεφύρι ονομάστηκε "Καλογερικό" όπως και ο μύλος. Το 1865 οι Κουκουλιώτες Αλέξιος και Ανδρέας Πλακίδας το επισκεύασαν ριζικά, ξοδεύοντας 400 φλουριά ή 21.000 γρόσια. Το 1912 ο Ευγένιος Πλακίδας, γιός του Ανδρέα, συνέχισε το έργο του πατέρα του συντηρώντας το για ακόμα μια φορά και τοποθετώντας εντοιχισμένες πλάκες προς ανάμνηση της προσφοράς της οικογένειάς του. Το γεφύρι εξυπηρετούσε τις μετακινήσεις των κατοίκων του Κουκουλίου στις αγροτικές, κτηνοτροφικές και υλοτομικές εργασίες τους. Επίσης εξυπηρετούσε την μετάβαση από τα χωριά Διλόφο, Ασπράγγελοι και Ελάτη, στον καλογερικό μύλο. Χαρακτηριστικό του γεφυριού είναι οι τρεις ημικυκλικές του καμάρες, που δίνουν την αίσθηση της ανάλαφρης ταλαντευόμενης κίνησης, σε όποιον το διασχίζει. Το λιθόστρωτο οδόστρωμα έχει στις άκρες του κοντούς αρκάδες, τοποθετημένους σε αραιά διαστήματα, τονίζοντας έτσι την αίσθηση της ανάλαφρης κατασκευής του. Έχει κηρυχτεί ιστορικό διατηρητέο μνημείο (ΥΑ 4499/12-6-1964 - ΦΕΚ 239/Β/30-6-1964). Το συναντάμε έξω από τους Κήπους, σε απόσταση 800 μέτρων αριστερά, χαμηλά στο ρέμα κατευθυνόμενοι προς Γιάννενα. In 1814 the abbot of the monastery of the Prophet Elias of Vitsa, Seraphim, built a new stone bridge paying 20 thousand grosis, to serve the "monastic" watermill maintained by the monastery in that place. So the new bridge was named "Kalogeriko" as well as the mill. In 1865, Koukouliotes Alexios and Andreas Plakidas repaired it radically, spending 400 pennies or 21,000 grosis. In 1912, Eugenios Plakidas, son of Andreas, continued his father's work, preserving it once again and placing wall plaques in memory of his family's contribution. The bridge served the movements of the inhabitants of Koukouli in their agricultural, livestock and logging works. It also served the transition from the villages of Dilofo, Asprangeli and Elati, to the monk's mill. Characteristic of the bridge are its three semicircular arches, which give the feeling of light oscillating movement, to anyone who crosses it. The cobbled road has short arches at its edges, placed at sparse intervals, thus emphasizing the feeling of its light construction. It has been declared a historical monument (ΥΑ 4499 / 12-6-1964 - Government Gazette 239 / Β / 30-6-1964). We meet it outside the Gardens, at a distance of 800 meters on the left, low in the stream heading towards Ioannina.
