Και πλήρωσα τα έξοδα μεταφοράς για ΕΛΤΑ Courier 2 φορές. Κακό εξυπηρέτηση πελατών I placed an order and paid 2 times for no reason (PayPal and cash on delivery) and paid more than 5 euros shipping because 1 of the 2 products was not available immediately. And I paid the shipping costs for ELTA Courier 2 times. Poor customer service

Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό και οι τιμές είναι κανονικές. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. No substantial information no matter how many phones I have made. Please, if someone in charge reads it, address the issue.

Καλή εξυπηρέτηση και καλές τιμές. Ο χώρος λίγο μικρός αλλά γενικά η επιχείρηση συστήνεται για σχετικές αγορές. Overall a positive experience. Οφείλω να ομολογήσω ότι όχι απλά εξυπηρετηθηκα άψογα αλλά αγορασα την αντλία στο 1/3 της τιμής της αντιπροσωπίας. Συνεχίστε έτσι !!! I visited the squid store to get a Miele washing machine pump. I have to admit that not only was it perfectly serviced but I bought the pump at 1/3 of the dealer price. Go on like this !!!
T	ThAnOS -TsLK- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγορά 22/09/21 ένα λαστιχακι βαλβίδας για χύτρα που είχε κρατήσει 6 μήνες( σχίστηκε και έχανε τον ατμό) . 21/1/22 πηγαίνω ΞΑΝΑ στο κατάστημα Καλαμαριάς με την απόδειξη γιατί είδα ότι η χύτρα είχε ΞΑΝΑ πρόβλημα ( 20 μαγειρέματα ΒΑΡΙΑ σε αυτό το διάστημα) . Μου λέει ο υπάλληλος ότι είναι σχισμένο το λαστιχακι της βαλβίδας ΞΑΝΑ. Στην ερώτηση μου εάν υπάρχει κάποιο είδος εγγύησης γιατί θεώρησα τραγικό κάθε τέσσερις μήνες να αλλάζω λαστιχακι ο υπάλληλος μου είπε ότι ο κατασκευαστής δίνει 1 χρόνο εγγύηση ......Οταν του είπα ωραία τι μπορεί να γίνει μου είπε δεν ξέρω να σας πω κάτι γτ έλειπε και το παιδί που ασχολείται με τις χύτρες ,κατά δήλωση μιας κυρίας στο ταμείο, πλήρωσα κανονικά το κόστος και έφυγα απογοητευμένος . Και οι δύο υπάλληλοι μου έδωσαν την εντύπωση ότι δεν γνώριζαν ή δεν ήθελαν να εξυπηρετήσουν . Είμαι χρόνια πελάτης αλλά θα το σκεφτώ να ξαναπάω στο κατάστημα τους . Σημειωτέον το λαστιχακι κόστιζε (για μένα) 6 ευρώ για το μαγαζί δεν γνωρίζω .... Both employees gave me the impression that they did not know or did not want to serve. I have been a customer for years but I will consider going to their store again.
