M	MKIK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπηρξα φανατικη της συγκεκριμενης εταιρειας. Και λεω υπηρξα διότι δε θα ξαναπροτιμησω το συγκεκριμενο brand. Αγοραζα επι 14 συναπτα χρονια, προιοντα ασταματητα.Τα τελευταια 2 χρονια (προσωπικη αποψη εννοείται) εχει χαλάσει ΤΡΟΜΕΡΆ η ποιοτητα των υφασματων και φυσικα δεν ανταποκρινεται ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ και στις υψηλες τιμες που απαιτουνται! I was a fan of this company. And I say I existed because I will not prefer this brand again. I have been buying products for 14 consecutive years, non-stop. In the last 2 years (personal point of view of course) the quality of the fabrics has deteriorated TERRIBLE and of course it does NOT correspond at ALL to the high prices required!
K	Katerina Tag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα τελευταία 2 χρόνια έχω αγοράσει αρκετά και διαφορετικά προϊόντα από τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρία, όπως νυχτικά, φόρμες και αντρικές πιτζάμες. Βρίσκω τα προϊόντα τους πολύ καλά, όσον αφορά στα υφάσματα/υλικά, στα σχέδια, στη ραφή αλλά και στην αξιοπιστία των μεγεθών, με πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής!! Αυτό που κυρίως κάνει τη διαφορά όμως στην εταιρία αυτή, είναι το επίπεδο της ευγένειας, της εξυπηρέτησης και της προσπάθειας, με όποιο προσωπικό κόστος, της ανταπόκρισης στις υποχρεώσεις που ανέλαβαν έναντι του πελάτη. Και εξηγούμαι: 5 μέρες πριν τα Χριστούγεννα παρήγγειλα ηλεκτρονικά 1 πιτζάμα, προκειμένου να τη δωρίσω ανήμερα τα Χριστούγεννα, βασιζόμενη και σε προηγούμενη εμπειρία μου για τη συνέπειά τους στις παραδόσεις τους, αλλά και στην τηλεφωνική διαβεβαίωση ενός ευγενικού συνεργάτη τους. 'Εφτασε το βράδυ της Παραμονής των Χριστουγέννων και η πιτζάμα δε μου είχε παραδοθεί, εμφανώς, με ευθύνη της μεταφορικής, σύμφωνα με τη σχετική της αναφορά. Απελπισμένη, πολύ αργά το βράδυ, έστειλα ένα μέηλ στην εταιρία, εκφράζοντας τη δυσφορία μου για την αστοχία. Την επόμενη το πρωί, ΑΝΗΜΕΡΑ ΧΡΙΣΤΟΥΓΕΝΝΑ, επικοινώνησαν μαζί μου και στην επόμενη μισή ώρα, κάποιος συνεργάτης του βρισκόταν στην πόρτα μου, με την παραγγελία μου, σε αντικατάσταση της καθυστερημένης. Επειδή αυτή η ενέργειά τους αυτή, τους καθιστά ξεχωριστούς, θεώρησα πως το αξίζουν και αξίζει να τη μοιραστώ με όσους θα κάνουν τον κόπο να το διαβάσουν!!! Συγχαρητήρια και ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ!!! In the last 2 years I have bought several different products from this company, such as nightwear, overalls and men's pajamas. I find their products very good, in terms of fabrics / materials, designs, seams and the reliability of the sizes, with a very good value for money !! What mainly makes the difference in this company, however, is the level of courtesy, service and effort, at any personal cost, of meeting the obligations they have undertaken towards the customer. And I explain: 5 days before Christmas I ordered 1 pajamas online, in order to donate it on Christmas day, based on my previous experience for their consistency in their deliveries, but also in the telephone assurance of a kind partner. It arrived on Christmas Eve and the pajamas had not been handed over to me, obviously, under the responsibility of the transport company, according to the relevant report. Desperate, very late at night, I sent an email to the company, expressing my displeasure at the failure. The next morning, CHRISTMAS DAY, they contacted me and in the next half hour, one of his associates was at my door, with my order, to replace the delayed one. Because this action of theirs, makes them special, I thought they deserved it and it is worth sharing it with those who will make the effort to read it !!! Congratulations and a big thank you !!!
