Most restaurants in the area tend to minimize the number of waiters and/or waitresses causing the service to be slow. In Poco Loco, there is a good number of staff members, all professionals, sympathetic and attentive. One does not have to wait for service. A hand gesture or even a look, and a staff member is there right away. The menu contains traditional Mexican dishes and some more international dishes but with a Mexican touch. All dishes we tasted were carefully made and came out delicious. Yummy!
