When we first decided to host 200 guests abroad we were nervous, confused and scared but from the second we met with our Amalia and George in New York they showed us that anything can be possible with hard work and dedication. After numerous emails and Skype chats we planned 3 perfect days for our wedding in the breathtaking Santorini. Filia, our lovely planner, guided us through absolutely everything from hotels, transportation, decor, hair, makeup, food, beverages, vows, music, entertainment, sound, lighting, scheduling and so much more. We could have never survived planning an overseas wedding without their endless commitment. Even during a global pandemic and an unfortunate wedding postponement, our planner handled this painful experience with compassion, organization and optimism that our dream wedding will happen, just at a later date. We can never thank them enough for all they contributed in guiding us throughout this entire process and we cannot wait to finally see them for our much anticipated dream wedding!

Planning a wedding across the country and with COVID restrictions can be very daunting. George and the Poema team were able to plan my entire wedding with zero hiccups! They were able to handle my request to make sure all the vendors were flexible if dates needed to change due to COVID. We were fortunate enough to have our wedding on our original date. The wedding was beyond perfect. With help from their suggestions and the wonderful stylist Vassiliki the wedding turned out better than i could envision. The first time i viewed the venue was at the wedding (el Viento) and it was spectacular. All the vendors were amazing to work with and delivered at a high standard. Would highly recommend hiring Poema team for your next event. They made wedding planning easy and a stress less process.

It is absolutely daunting when planning a wedding to a country that you have never been to and will not have gone to until the week of your wedding. BUT with Poema the planning was a breeze. Prior to booking with Poema, Amalia took the time to call me and answer all my questions despite the fact that she was in the middle of a travel day from NYC to Greece. Immediately, I knew this company would go above and beyond for me. Poema did not let me down! They provided extensive lists of vendors and every personalized detail you can imagine. I really appreciated their honest opinions and trusted everything they said. Poema is professional and have so much experience among them. They were especially supportive, helpful, and flexible with the COVID challenges. Our planner, George, was absolutely amazing both in the planning process and the day of. Our wedding was perfect and above and beyond what we expected. George & the team handled any minor issue with grace and compassion. It was honestly the best day of my life! Poema was an amazing team! We postponed so many times due to The pandemic and I truly thought they were going to be over us (not to mention we were horrible at communicating via email) . On the contrary , they were so kind and helped us prepare the wedding of our dreams!! They collaborate with an amazing photographer (Konstantinos) and hair and make up as well. At a point when we were taking pics something got in my eye and they went out of their way to drive to the pharmacy to get me something to alleviate the pain. They truly made the hiccups seem effortless. I appreciate them so much! They gave us a magical experience in beautiful santorini ??? so worth it! Spend your money people!!!

We cannot thank Filia and the Poema team enough for planning and executing our elopement-turned-honeymoon celebration to perfection. We originally planned to elope in Santorini, but due to covid we ended up getting married in the US instead. Poema stuck with us through delays and cancellations and lots of uncertainty for months. They helped us change our plan from elopement to "special honeymoon day," but they made it feel so special that it was almost like a second wedding. Poema was consistently easy to communicate with and provided lots of options to choose from to create the mood and aesthetic we were looking for. They were transparent on pricing and were accommodating with our budget (although, be prepared to spend - this is a high end service). They planned everything perfectly and beautifully and it was better than we could have imagined. We are so grateful for their diligent and thoughtful work! Definitely recommend 10/10.

The Poema team was beyond amazing. From the very beginning everyone on the team was so kind and very communicative. George answered all of my emails very promptly and my million questions. He made everything way less stressful. They communicated with all vendors and took care of everything for us. It was our 1st time visiting Santorini and they even gave us recommendations on places to go and a warm welcome. The decoration was beautiful and they understood our vision so clearly. We will forever remember our wedding 9.11.21 thanks to the Poema team.

Wedding planning is very stressful and even more stressful planning one in a country you have been to before. But the moment I contacted them I knew I could trust them. We had a Skype call and they were just so lovely! We dove right into planning and I loved how organized and structured they were with everything it made me feel at ease.
