★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω πάει στο τμήμα ταυτοτήτων τουλάχιστον 3-4 φορές. Η "κυρία" (ο θεός να την κάνει κυρία) που είναι εκεί έχει άθλια συμπεριφορά. Δεν ξέρω ποιά νομίζει ότι είναι? Ξέρω βοσκούς και άνθρωπους αγράμματους που έχουν έτη φωτός περισσότερη ευγένια. Κάποιος πρέπει να πει σε αυτόν τον άνθρωπο ότι βρίσκεται εκεί για να εξυπηρετεί τους πολίτες όχι να συμπεριφέρεται σαν αγριανθρωπος. Αν δεν μπορεί να έχει καλύτερη συμπεριφορά να πάει σπίτι της ή να πάει να αγοράσει 5-10 προβατα να τους συμπεριφέρεται όπως θέλει.
I have been to the ID department at least 3-4 times. The "lady" (god forbid) who is there has miserable behavior. I do not know who she thinks she is? I know shepherds and illiterate people who have light years more kindness. Someone has to tell this man that he is there to serve the people not to behave like a savage. If she can not behave better to go home or go to buy 5-10 sheep to treat them as she wants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nearly nobody speaks english properly, came 1,5 hours to this station to report my lost passport, took me around an hour to complete the paperwork because the guys in in the 1. Floor in Room number 1 had no clue what they were talking about. Went there an Monday again (also 1,5 hours) to receive the paperwork that i can travel home on tuesday, but the guys and womens in room number 8 (1.floor) told us that we have to wait because their boss have to sign the papers but he is in a meeting right now and they dont know how long it will take. really strange and unprofessional workflow, i am wondering what happens to people who gonna report the loss 1 or 2 days befor they gonna fly back to their home, i think they will have to stay some more days here because the people here dont care about u at all or that u wont fly back to your homecountry!
if u have the chance DONT go to this police department, really unprofessional there especially in the first floor on the right side
