Προτιμήστε άλλη εταιρεία.
Κανένας επαγγελματισμός.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη!!!! Εντελώς!!! Παρήγγειλα 3 κλιματιστικά από την Αθήνα και χρεώθηκα για τη μεταφορά τους 45 ευρώ. 3 επί 15 ευρώ. Μού τηλεφώνησαν στις 12 Μαϊου για να μού πουν να πάω να τα πάρω από εκεί!! Όταν τους είπα ότι η συνεννόηση και με το κατάστημα των Αθηνών και με τη μεταφορική Αθηνών Δελατόλας (ο Αρώνης είναι τοπικός συνεργάτης τους) είναι να τα φέρουν στο σπίτι, ζήτησαν επιπλέον χρήματα!!
Εννοείται ότι δεν το δέχτηκα και επικοινώνησα αμέσως με το κατάστημα των Αθηνών. Και αυτοί απόρησαν και θύμωσαν κυρίως για το γεγονός ότι η συνεργασία τους περιλαμβάνει απαραίτητα την παράδοση των εμπορευμάτων κατ΄ οίκον. Βέβαια, δεν σταματήσαμε εδώ. Κάθε 3 ημέρες τηλέφωνα και στο κατάστημα των Αθηνών και στα κεντρικά του Δελατόλα για να τα φέρουν στο σπίτι μετά από ...12 ημέρες!! Τα πράγματά μου ήρθαν στο Ηράκλειο στις 11 του μήνα και στο σπίτι στις 24!!
Κι όλα αυτά για σπίτι που απέχει 17 χιλιόμετρα από το κέντρο του Ηρακλείου και είναι σχεδόν πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο Ηρακλείου - Μοιρών!! Για να πάνε κάτι στο Τυμπάκι που απέχει 65 χλμ. από το Ηράκλειο τι θα ζητήσουν;
Unacceptable !!!! Completely!!! I ordered 3 air conditioners from Athens and was charged 45 euros for their transfer. 3 for 15 euros. They called me on May 12 to tell me to go get them from there !! When I told them that the consultation with both the Athens store and the Athens transport company Delatolas (Aronis is their local partner) is to bring them home, they asked for extra money !!
Of course, I did not accept it and immediately contacted the Athens store. And they were mainly surprised and angry about the fact that their cooperation necessarily includes the delivery of goods at home. Of course, we did not stop here. Every 3 days phones in the store of Athens and in the headquarters of Delatolas to bring them home after ... 12 days !! My things came to Heraklion on the 11th of the month and at home on the 24th !!
And all this for a house that is 17 kilometers from the center of Heraklion and is almost on the main road Heraklion - Miron !! To go to Tympaki, which is 65 km from Heraklion, what will they ask for?
