F	Fotis Samoutis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ δύσκολα θα πιασεις γραμμη για ταυτότητες,να ρωτήσεις έστω αν χρειάζεται ραντεβού, εχουν πάρα πολύ δουλεία όπως λένε και οι συνάδερφοι στα άλλα τηλέφωνα, καθως και ολοι οι υπόλοιποι που απαντούν "δεν γνωρίζουν δεν ειναι οι αρμόδιοι¨. Ρε παιδιά έναν αρμόδιο να κλεισουμε ραντεβού θέλουμε.... Δείτε τα λίγο πιό ολιστικά! Όσες φορές χρειάστηκε να πάω,είχα την καλύτερη αντιμετώπιση και λύθηκαν οι υποθέσεις μου. Μπράβο σας!! The best Police Department of Thessaloniki. X	Xhoana Gjyla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνεννόηση μπουζούκι! Στο τηλέφωνο σου λένε έλα από κοντά να λύσουμε το πρόβλημα,και από κοντά σε βγάζουν τρελή ότι το τηλ αυτό δεν αντιστοιχεί στο δικό τους τμήμα! Και όταν τους δείχνεις το σταθερό στον χάρτη με την οδό δική τους λένε ναι δικό μας τμήμα είναι αλλά δεν ξέρει ο κύριος που σας απάντησε. Ότι να ναι. Ότι χειρότερο σε εξυπηρέτηση!!! L	Lorena Grinioti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλη αγένεια.. Περνεις τηλέφωνο για να κλείσεις ραντεβού για διαβατηριο και δεν σου απαντάνε σε καμία ερώτηση και σου λένε μπες στο γοβ να τα δεις ολα. Πας την μέρα που έχεις ραντεβού θέλουν και αλλα χαρτιά.... Great rudeness .. Μ	ΜΑΡΑ ΓΚΙΟΚΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Να μην απαντά επί δύο μέρες το τμήμα ταυτοτητων ,και όταν τελικά βρίσκω κάποιο άλλο τηλέφωνο, μετά από μισή μου φράση ( σχετικά με το αν ισχύει το τηλέφωνο που έχω) να απαντά ειρωνικά και με επιθετικότητα ότι δεν ξέρει γιατί δεν απαντούν, και πάνω από 10-20 φορές τον εχουν πάρει πολίτες (τον ενοχλούν μάλλον).Με παρέπεμψε στον αξιωματικό υπηρεσίας για παράπονα (ενώ δεν είχα καμια τέτοια πρόθεση,ούτε επιτέθηκα.μια απλή ερώτηση έκανα). Ο ορισμός του passive aggressive ,και γενικότερα όλη η παθογένεια του Ελ. Δημοσίου σε ένα πρόσωπο. Δηλαδή ο εκπρόσωπος της ΕΛΑΣ εκείνη την ώρα παραπέμπει κάποιον να επικαλεστεί κάποια ανώτερη εξουσία ( δλδ βουρδουλα)να βγάλει την ευθύνη από πάνω του. Άρα να λειτουργήσω εγώ τιμωρητικα.Ετσι πιστεύει ότι λύνεται.Αντι να κάτσει να βρει εσωτερικά μια λύση ,γιατί δεν σηκώνουν οι συνάδελφοι του το τηλέφωνο.Να το κάνει ίσως θέμα ο ίδιος στο τέλος της ημέρας στον Αξ. Υπηρεσίας το γιατί δεν εξυπηρετούνται οι πολίτες από το συγκεκριμένο τμήμα.. Όχι Ευρώπη...βαθιά Ανατολή. ( Και έρχομαι από κεντροανατολική χώρα,στην οποία έχασα την ταυτότητα μου. Εκεί μεγαλύτερη ασφάλεια ένιωσα και ο χειρισμός των αστυνομικών υποδειγματικός.Μεχρι και τηλέφωνο πίσω με πήραν για να με ενημερώσουν για εξελίξεις). Καμία σωτηρία.
