★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο Παλαιότερος Σύλλογος του Γέρακα. Ιδρύθηκε το 1976 με τη σημερινή μορφή, αλλά προϋπήρχε με άλλες μορφές. Οφείλει το όνομα του στην πηγή νερού που βρίσκεται λίγο βορειότερα και που στα παλιά χρόνια αποτελούσε και πηγή ζωής για τους Γερακιώτες ως μόνη πηγή υδροδότησης. Στα πρώτα χρόνια της λειτουργίας του και πριν ο Γέρακας αποκτήσει τη μορφή Οργανισμού Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης, το εξωραϊστικό του έργο ήταν τεράστιο για την εποχή. Δρόμοι, παιδικές χαρές, ηλεκτροδότηση, κάποια από τα έργα του. Στα μετέπειτα χρόνια το Εξωραϊστικό έργο περιορίζεται και δίνει τη θέση του στο Πολιτιστικό. Σήμερα η βασική του δράση είναι η μηνιαία έκδοση της εφημερίδας Η ΦΩΝΗ ΤΟΥ ΓΕΡΑΚΑ."
