N	Neli Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ παρόλες τις ΔΥΣΚΟΛΙΕΣ που αντιμετωπίσαμε από πέρυσι τέτοιο καιρό : α) προσπάθεια δυσφήμισης δικής μας και του πρακτορείου για λόγους που τελικά ήταν ιδιοτελείς από μια συγκεκριμένη μαμά του σχολείου που είχε ιδιαίτερες οικονομικές σχέσεις με άλλο πρακτορείο β) αναβολή της εκδρομής μας λόγω του COVID 19, γ)έκτακτα μέτρα στην Αττική για μείωση των κρουσμάτων την πανδημίας δ) κλείσιμο των καταστημάτων εστίασης και ζωντανής μουσικής και ε) εμφάνιση Μεσογειακού Κυκλώνα με όλα τα σάιτ να προβλέπουν κατακλυσμό στην αττική.... Τελικά μετά από την άψογη συνεργασία με το πρακτορείο Πολυζάς πραγματοποιήσαμε μια υπέροχη εκδρομή στην Αθήνα σε ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο , με καταπληκτικούς συνοδό εκδρομής , οδηγό και ξεναγό και με τέλειο καιρό !!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ !!!! despite the DIFFICULTIES we faced from last year such weather: a) attempt to discredit ourselves and the agency for reasons that were ultimately selfish by a particular school mom who had special financial relations with another agency b) postponement of our trip due to COVID 19 c) emergency measures in Attica to reduce pandemic cases d) closure of restaurants and live music stores and e) appearance of a Mediterranean Cyclone with all sites predicting a flood in Attica .... Finally after the excellent cooperation with the Polyzas agency we made a wonderful trip to Athens in a wonderful hotel, with amazing tour guide, guide and guide and in perfect weather !!! Thank you very much !!!!

Μου είπαν να πάω άλλη μέρα καθώς θεωρούσαν ότι δεν χρειαζόταν να κλείσω ακόμα τα εισιτήρια μου και δεν ήταν διατεθειμένοι να να με εξυπηρετήσουν εκείνη την ημέρα καθώς υπήρχαν νεύρα, ''καλά από τώρα θέλεις να τα κλείσεις??'' Δικαίωμα μου να κλείσω τα εισιτήρια μου όποτε εγώ θέλω! Long delay in ticket issuance work where in another agency it took 10-15 minutes. I was told to go another day as they thought I did not need to book my tickets yet and were not willing to serve me that day as there were nerves, '' well from now on do you want to book them ?? '' My right to book them My tickets whenever I want!

Μας διοργάνωσαν σχολική εκδρομή με αεροπορικά και διαμονή, όλα τέλεια....ευχαριστούμε τα κορίτσια του γραφείου και ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στην κυρία ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ ΔΑΦΕΡΜΟΥ για την επικοινωνία της μαζί μας από την αρχή αλλά και καθ΄ όλη τη διάρκεια της εκδρομής!!! Excellent !!! They organized a school trip with us by air and accommodation, everything is perfect .... we thank the girls of the office and a big thank you to Mrs. EVANGELIA DAFERMOU for her communication with us from the beginning and throughout the trip !!!
