Immediate service, without a lot of people, very kind staff and clean hospital. Especially for the cardiologist I have no words. Awesome man and professional!

The external image and the place where the Athens Polyclinic is housed deceive you !! The real Golden Icon is found with the first good morning of the noblest man at the entrance who immediately thermometers you and controls the rapid vaccination. They identify you immediately. The staff is very kind and they respect all passers-by without making any distinction. In the ophthalmology department where my aunt underwent surgery, the entire staff proved to be 100% their faith in the Oath of Hippocrates !! Thank you for being good to us

Many of the employees are very helpful, smiling and polite. The security guards at the entrance, the girls at the secretariat and some of the nurses are really worthy and good. The problem lies with some managers and doctors who are completely rude and ironic and actually make you feel bad that you went there. It would be good for the lazy to leave the hospitals and learn ways at last. A "responsible" person was talking on her cell phone, she was not wearing a mask and she was making fun of me at my request. Let's not comment that the whole office was smoking cigarettes. Picture of shame.

Calling as a foreigner to ask a simple question, the telephone operator not even speaking English and not knowing words like “appointment” “test” after she merged another line and the man who talked to me was arrogant and uneducated... I wanted only ask if they do a special test and he only said “for appointment call another number..” and drop on me. Very very nice customer care. At least if he could let me explain and not drop on me the phone... disgrace..

The worst hospital in existence (because in Greece would be limiting). We booked an appointment with an ophthalmologist. Of course the hour of the appointment wasn't kept and almost an hour later, I went to a doctor who was dismissive, slapped the glasses to my face and in 3 minutes she was writing a prescription. A doctor which is paid with taxes and insurance I pay my whole life. I needed the glasses because I had an actual problem and I didn't want to start driving with impaired vision. Had I taken her prescription, I would have been a danger on the streets. When I went to a private doctor he examined me for 45 minutes, changing glasses until he got it right. That is common and ethical practice. When I asked to complain they sent me to the SECURITY GUARD. Shame on them! Eventually, I wrote a formal complaint (with protocol number and all) and almost two years later I haven't gotten an answer. Congratulations to the administration and the way they filter their doctors. This behaviour is negligently criminal.
