Ακόμη και για τον ποιό δύσκολο πελάτη,αλλά θα..... δυσκολευτεί σε ποιά αγορά στο τέλος θα καταλήξει!

Είχα επισκεφθεί το κατάστημα για αγορά πλακιδίων μπάνιου πριν τρία χρόνια περίπου και η εξυπηρέτηση έφτασε σε βαθμό προσβολής, ίσως γιατί δεν είχα φορέσει "τα καλά μου"... Σήμερα αποφάσισα να πάω για έπιπλα και ο πωλητής, κρατώντας τον καφέ του στο χέρι, δεν έκανε ούτε τον κόπο να ανέβει μαζί μου να μου δείξει τα εναπομείναντα προϊόντα, καθώς κάνουν ανακαίνιση, όπως είπε...

Nice space, great variety, mediocre service and ... fast. Not the best prices. We finally bought the bathroom from elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τέλεια προϊόντα αλλά τό προσωπικό εδώ στα Γιάννενα είναι εκτός επαγγέλματος!!! αγόρασα κουζίνα εκθεσιακή μου την έστειλαν με χίλια βάσανα παρολου πού την είχα πληρώσει τελικά μου την έφεραν ό πάγκος τής κουζίνας ειρθε σπασμένος !! ό πάγκος σπασμένος και τά νεύρα μου επίσης!! τά τηλέφωνα πού έκανα ένα ψέμα μετά το άλλο νά μήν τό κουράζω μετά από 4μηνες ακόμη περιμένω!!! άσε πού μου έστειλαν έναν εντελώς άσχετο νά μου την συναρμολόγηση δίχως εργαλεία καλά πού ό άντρας μου έχει τά πάντα!!! καί ΙΚΕΑ πού πήρα κουζίνα τό σερβίς τελειοοοο!!! απαράδεκτη ψεύτες δεν είναι μόνο νά περνούμε λεφτά!!!
Perfect products but the staff here in Ioannina are out of business !!! I bought an exhibition kitchen, they sent it to me with a thousand sufferings, although I had paid for it, they finally brought it to me, the kitchen counter came broken !! the bench is broken and so are my nerves !! the phones where I lied one after the other not to get tired after 4 months I am still waiting !!! where they sent me a completely irrelevant to my assembly without tools well where my husband has everything !!! and IKEA where I got the kitchen the service is perfect !!! unacceptable liars are not just about spending money !!!
