Αφορά ένα Porsche Cayenne αγορασμενο από το εξωτερικό, και για ένα αυτοκίνητο που πέρασε από τεχνικό έλεγχο αγοράς σε αντιπροσωπεία Porsche στο Βέλγιο, χωρίς καμία ένδειξη βλάβης και χωρίς κανένα μηχανικό ελάττωμα το αυτοκίνητο εισήχθη στην Ελλάδα και ξαναπέρασε πάλι σε τεχνικό έλεγχο κατόπιν αιτήματος υποψήφιου αγοραστή στην Porsche Center Thessalonikis όπου αυτοί έκριναν το αυτοκίνητο προβληματικό μη προσδιορίζοντας κανένα Κωδικο βλαβης, με ανύπαρκτες δηλαδή βλάβες και όλα αυτά θεωριτικα από έναν υπαλλήλο που λειτουργεί συστηματικά για να υποθάλπει τα αυτοκίνητα που περνάνε από έλεγχο αγοράς μπλοκάροντας συστηματικά την πώληση κάθε αυτοκινήτου που προέρχεται από εξωτερικό.... Δεν νοείται την σήμερον ημέρα αντιπροσωπεία και ειδικά Porsche να μην δίνει Report μετά από ελέγχο που εχει περάσει το αυτοκίνητο και έχει εντοπιστεί με βλάβες σοβαρές..... Απλά ντροπή σας.... Το θέμα έχει πάρει διάσταση απευθείας στην Porsche Γερμανίας κύριε Τζιόλη.... . Errors inaccuracies .... JUST YOUR SHAME .... V	Vladimir Papounidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σπάνια αφήνω αρνητικά σχόλια ειδικά όταν υπάρχουν αρκετά θετικά.. Αλλά εδώ είναι μια ξεχωριστή περίπτωση. Ερχεσαι σε ένα μαγαζί και ο άλλος σε γράφει γιατί στο μυαλό του δεν είσαι στο επίπεδο που είναι τα προϊόντα του. Πήγα την πρώτη φορά και μου είπαν ότι δεν λειτουργεί το μαγαζί κανονικά και να περάσουμε άλλη φορά. Όταν πήγα την δεύτερη φορά πάλι ένας πωλητής μου είπε ότι δεν είναι πωλητής και ότι αν θέλω να δω κάποιο αυτοκίνητο πρέπει να αφήσω τα στοιχεία μου. Ζήτησα να δω το ένα αυτοκίνητο από μέσα μου είπαν ότι δεν γίνεται. Τελικά αφησα την κάρτα μου και μετά από 2 βδομάδες τίποτα. Κρίμα.. You come to a store and the other person writes to you because in his mind you are not at the level of his products. I went the first time and they told me that the store is not working normally and to pass again. When I went the second time again a seller told me that he is not a seller and that if I want to see a car I have to leave my details. I asked to see a car inside me they said it is not possible. I finally left my card and after 2 weeks nothing. Pity..
B	Basilis Michos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!!! Αγενεστατη υποδοχή στην reception η Ξανθιά εκτός απο αγενέστατοι ηταν και άσχετοι δηλ. Ουτε καν για γλάστρα δεν έκανε.Ο λεγόμενος Τεχνικός Διευθυντής Άσχετος ακατάλληλος για συνεργείο αυτοκινήτων και ειδικά της Porsche . Αλλά ο πιο άσχετος από όλους ήταν ο Υποδιευθυντής κάθε λίγο και λιγάκι έπαιρνες στην Αθήνα να ενημερωθεί. Παντελώς άσχετη κατά τη γνώμη μου αυτό το παράρτημα πρέπει να κλείσει γιατί γίνεστε ρεζίλι Στους ξένους που έρχονται στην Porsche Θεσσαλονίκης απαράδεκτη έστειλα και e-mail στην auto τεχνική που είναι το παράρτημα τους. Πιο άσχετη από πότε η χειρότερη εμπειρία που έχω ζήσει σε service Unacceptable !!! A	Anastasios Siklis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επίσκεψη στο συγκεκριμένο συνεργείο για το πρώτο Service του αυτοκινήτου. Μπορώ να πω ότι η ευγένεια , η συμπεριφορά και το αποτέλεσμα με εξέπληξαν. Οι τιμές στα ανταλλακτικά και στην εργασία πολύ normal. Ευγενικότατη η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή όπως και ο κύριος που παρέλαβε το αυτοκίνητο. Το αυτοκίνητο ένα Panamera και η επίσκεψη στο συνεργείο έγινε στις 22/02/22. Visit to the specific workshop for the first Service of the car. I can say that the courtesy, the behavior and the result surprised me. Prices for spare parts and labor are very normal. The girl at the reception was very kind, as was the gentleman who received the car. The car a Panamera and the visit to the workshop took place on 22/02/22.
