We entered the hotel and went to the beach in front of Sithonia building, sat down with our friends enjoyed the time untill the time a guest from the hotel stole our inflatable crocodile. We had an argument about it with the guy, not to say more the security came and solved it very nicely and as well not outside guests are allowed there, we were outside guests. But the problem was at the bar actually of the beach and not to the rest. I went to order drinks, the bartender (Antonis) asked me if i am staying in the hotel, i replied if course that i dont but he never mentioned (so he charged me normally for the order) that i shouldn't be there and that i need to move to move to beach bar a bit further that they have it for that reason. While i was waiting my order he was speaking to the other guy of the bar, he seemed like a helper or something and he was speaking to him very bad in front of me. All these in a 5 star hotel. Really bad to see. Then the fact that he never informed me that i shouldn't be there caused me problems and as well he mentioned that we hadn't pay for our order and we were pretending that we were guests of the hotel (it is all inclusive). This is a behaviour of someone who shouldn't work in a 5 star hotel that respects itself. Anyhow, avoid it as the hotel by itself it is very old and rusty as well.

First star goes to the friendly and helpful hotel staff. They even found us a better room upon check-in. Second star goes to the food, even though it’s pretty much the same each day, but it’s delicious. Third star goes to the exterior, beach, pools and ambience. Everything is clean, tidy and well maintained. Other than that, we had a few problems with water running out in the room, not to mention poor pressure in the showers when everyone gets back. They mix all beverages with water (coke, juice and other non-alcohol drinks). The room itself is large, but not a 5-stars as you would expect. One out of 3 elevators was not working, so sometimes we waited 10-15mins just to get in. Last but not least, wi-fi is poor when all guests connect after dinner. All in all, a good experience, especially for children and I would recommend, if your expectations are not that high.

This is not 5 star hotel for sure. Food and service are not that good, I had better in some 4 star hotels. Food is not that bad, but selection should be better. As most of the all inclusive stuff is self service, there isn't much real service, but when you need one, they are confused and their English is very bad. If you can get good discount you will get good value for your money, otherwise avoid this place.

The whole complex is huge, as well as the hotel. Only three elevators and one out of order, so you have to wait long to get one. Rooms are spacious and clean with older furniture, beautiful view from the terrace. Beach is ok, enough space between sunbeds, water is clean. Pools are also ok, with 3 waterslides for kids (open 10-18h). Stuff - at the lobby unpleasant; cleaning stuff very polite but you wait for cleaning sometimes until evening or chase them around the floor (not their fault, they are understufed); dinning area pleasant but too understufed, they are fast but they just don't manage those crowds. Food & drinks - poor Allincl. concept, drinks are diluted with water and when they run out they don't refill it, with food it's the same, to many people and not enough food, if you're not there when they bring some dish two minutes later there is no more. It's the same with snack bar at the beach. Overall outside it is beautiful, but hotel and Allincl. doesn't rate as five star hotel.

Service was so bad, food was awful everyday the same thing and if you arrive a little late you can not catch some food. Plate and glasses was so dirty, no animation team. I formation about around bad. A big hotel with just 3 lifts and one of them also out of order you can wait for 10 minutes. Hotel was just 3 stars. We paid for 5 star but its so far away from 5 stars.

Very disappointed. Please don't waste your hard earned money. This place is dirty and no regular cleaning goes on around the poolside or beach where people dump their plastic cups, food or discarded rubbish. It is muddy and lots of rust. The condition of the pool is of poor quality and needs repairing. Umbrellas are ripped and often loungers are broken. The kids slide in the play area has a split which hurt my sons back and has not been repaired since we arrived. Most equipment is broken and does not work. Ceiling leaking God knows what on my head and feet on the walk through to the toilets by the pool. Previously badly repaired with what looks like duct tape but ignored as not looked at whilst we were there. The food is not great and is another insult to the hard earned money used to pay for this holiday. I mean no insult to the cooks as I'm sure they would only happily cook quality food. It was like ground hogs day every mealtime with the same food repeated over and over. Cloths used to wipe down tables and public area looked reused ans stained and should be disposable. The highchairs were often not cleaned properly or cleaned at all as previous nights food or ice cream was stuck to them on more than one occasion. How we didn't get ill is a blessing but we chose to eat out on occasions to simply enjoy a meal. We had to endure loud music from a beach party which went on until just after 2am and though I understand people were having fun it was unbearable loud and inconsiderate to those with kids and flights the next day as it was so loud. There is plenty of room further down the beach to have had it. Reception staff were dismissive and rude and frankly unhelpful when I asked what time it would finish. Apparently it was nothing to do with them. So look elsewhere for a holiday. It needs to be said though that there was a lovely chap who did archery and survivor for kids who was amazing but unfortunately it would not help me feel better about this trip.

Acceptable but not excellent. Certainly not deserving of its 5* status. Tatty round the edges and seemingly without enough staff to keep it clean, tidy and repaired. Children's play area hazardous and unsafe through disrepair. Beach bar distinctly maldourous through, I think, the need of a deep clean. Buffet rather samey and we were bored of it by night 4 (of 9) - limited other options despite the offer of eating once at other restaurants (these seem to book up suspiciously early). Pool was impressive but badly maintained. Bring beach/water shoes as the sand is very gritty and uncomfortable (appreciate this isn't their fault)! The sea is beautifully clear and warm with an abundance of underwater wildlife - the kids had an ace time snorkelling. Overall, We paid a lot of money and certainly didn't feel it was good value.

Great hotel, everything is fine but it is not worth the price.
