β β β β β Friendly hotel 5 mins walk from the beach. Rooms are tastefully decorated although the basement room had very little natural light but in high season with short notice the owners were kind to accommodate.

β β β β β There is nothing better than an early evening swim sat in between two mountains with Golden Eagles soaring above you. The water is always a perfect temperature.

β β β β β Lovely hotel. Room has fridge, hairdryer,TV,phone , ceiling fan and air con if required. Fabulous pool area. Fricas is a small resort but has a couple of good bars and a few good taverna style eating places. It gets busy at night when all the sailing boats come in and has a good friendly atmosphere. The beaches are a bit of a walk away on the kioni road and are set in three small coves. We were sent to Fricas by Olympic at the last minute as they had pulled the vathy hotel. We were disappointed but everything turned out better than we thought. Nicky on reception is very helpful and friendly. Also you can hire a car via reception as there is no office in Fricas and no Olympic rep. But all the relevant contact details are available if required.

β β β β β Awesome experience at the Nostos Hotel. Perfectly placed to explore the island, fantastic home cooking, great company and a bed you can sleep on not the usual mortuary slab as in most places. Nicki, Andreas and Lukas were the perfect hosts and helped to make our stay perfect. The air con and safety deposit box were free too so added bonus. Spotless hotel and we are booking again for next year.

β β β β β Room was spacious and exceptionally clean given COVID 19. All stuff were very friendly and polite. Location was great with a very convenient parking space and 5 mins walk away from the beautiful port of Frikes. We highly recommend Nostos hotel.

β β β β β This hotel is a hidden gym. Host and staff are friendly and take time to talk with you. Rooms are clean and WiFi is reliable. The pool area is beautiful. It was nice to spend time there to relax after a day of sightseeing or the beach. The town it is located in has some wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend!

β β β β β Little piece of heaven here. Nicki and Andreas are fabulous people and made us feel very welcome. Nicki organised everything for us (taxi from the airport to the ferry crossing then from Sami to the hotel and back again). Nothing too much trouble. Fabulous pool and everywhere kept clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Balcony looking out to sea. Frikes is an absolute gem and everyone was so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back to Hotel Nostos as soon as we can.
