Владельцы - семья, очень приятны в общении и обслуживании!? Владеют английским языком! Номера, небольшие но очень уютные, даже если окна выходят во внутренний дворик, есть балкончик. Отличное место для тихого семейного расслабляющего отдыха! Рекомендую! Great cozy hotel, located right on the beach, on the first line.? The beach and the sea are clean and well maintained ? The owners are family, very pleasant in communication and service! ? Speak English! The rooms are small but very comfortable, even if the windows overlook the inner courtyard, there is a balcony. A great place for a quiet family relaxing holiday! Recommend!

C	Colin Andrews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018 - May So we are back again...the 8th time! We came from the lovely, simple Hotel Hellas in Palekastro, to a studio in Portobellis House, overlooking the bay. Looking forward to seeing the sun come up over the sea in the morning. Portobellis, George and Vicki are great. The rooms are quite spacious, well equipped for simple cooking, and kept very clean. 2016 - May...We are back in Porto Belis - the 7th time - looking over the best part of Sitia ( Σιτεια) bay...the studio apartments with the view and basic food prep facilities are great, and sufficiently removed from the main small run of tavernas to be quieter, but still in 2 or 3mins walk. Refugees - before leaving home a couple of people asked if we were concerned, having seen the coverage of Lesbos etc. We have seen no evidence of any refugees here...and the geography means that it's not on the refugee routes, and Crete is pretty distant from the departure points. 2015 - May...We have stayed at Porto Belis House 6 times, and always found it to be a great place to stay in Sitia. The multi lingual staff and the facilities are very good, any you can see the sun rise over Sitia Bay!

It is a great choice for those who want to stay as close as possible to the beach but dont be disturbed by outside noises at the same time. Moreover, the owner Giorgos is very helpful and kind person and he advised us a lot of beautiful places to go. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot. Totally recommend for all people travelling to Sitia.
