The kitchen is well equipped with electric kettle, toaster and has a mini owen as well.. Negative: You have to climb quite a lot of stairs to reach the third floor. ?.

Many nice restaurants, cake and ice cream shops within a 2 minute walk. There is a Motown bar a couple of streets away that has music on 6-11 each night but it's not intrusive. I was really impressed how good it is for a 2 star place. The room is made up every day except Thursday and they even changed the sheets and towels half way through the week. Great value.
M	Melanie Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty much as previous review. Good amount of space, we had 3 balconies in apartment 3 for 2 adults and 2 children. Wifi was flaky (good at random times then none or trying different floors' wifi - issue for the teens). Owners - a family - lovely. Cleaners are in 6/7 days. Need to pay extra for air-conditioning (90 euros a week - very hot at night without) and safe. Good location off main street so easy walk for food and beach. Can come in and out front door at any time. They can hold onto your luggage on last day which is great but you have to be out for 10am and no extra shower/changing facilities so keep that in mind if late flight.
D	Dave Flatt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments was clean and spacious with 2 balconies and a sea view. There was also free WiFi in the room although it was a bit unreliable. On the downside, there were lots of steps (we were on the 3rd floor) that were very narrow and very little storage in the apartment. Most of the staff were very helpful but the apartment block had very few facilities, no bar or pool and nowhere for guests on a late flight (as we were) to get changed or have a shower which pretty much limited what we could do. All that said, we had a great holiday in Skala
F	Frank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The apartment was a nice loft on the roof of 3 storey apartment building on the centre of the village in a quiet side street. It was spacious, tastefully designed in a modern style. Had one big terrace plus one small balcony. A small kitchen was in the corner of the main room. The bed room was separate and very cosy. Comfy bed. The host was a vigorous younger lady who lives on the ground floor with her family and is always available. She is a fresh outgoing and friendly person. I would stay there again.. Negative: Many many stairs lead to the upper floor. It was very hot under the roof. The only A/C was in the bedroom and wasn’t strong enough to cool the whole unit. Maybe an additional A/C in the living room would help. Roof was sometimes a bit low you had to watch your head. Internet not very reliable as I was there, but on the way to get fixed I’ve been told..
