Poseidon Palace Hotel - Leptokarya Tolls

The hotel is really wonderful. Its swimming pools, its rooms and all its spaces in general are fantastic. The food is equal to a good restaurant and the staff is very polite and professional. The air conditioner was not working in our room and it was very hot, 40 degrees Celsius. As soon as we informed them, they sent a technician to fix it, and when he said that it could not be repaired soon, they changed our room, after apologizing for the inconvenience. That was very professional and they deserve congratulations for their professionalism. The kids had a great time on the basketball, golf, and tennis courts. Of course the pools were the best. I totally recommend it for couples or families. I will visit again for sure.

terrible hotel. food still the same. the cleaners don't clean the room and change the towels, they just come in and out. additionally they drink our alcohol. I left the bottle on the table it was full when we came back it was only half. Sun loungers payable on the hotel's beach. The room smells of mildew. the only advantage is nice waiters

Nice area around the hotel, beauty view, next to beach, very tasty food and sport fields is big advantage, love this place ⛱️☀️

This was our 3rd time visit of this hotel and I can say that we are so happy that we chose it again for our vacation. The rooms are big enough, the bathroom is nice, clean and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the towels are changed also each day. The food is always tasty and delicious ?, the beverages also. The pools are clean and suitable.for little children. The hotel has its own place with deck chairs and umbrellas next to the sea. Overall rate from us- excellent food, service, location and place to have your vacation in.

We spend 12 days at this hotel in a family room. This is quite a large hotel: i summer there are 800 Guests here and it must be very, very busy! Closest town to the hotel is about 5km away, so either rent a ar, or spend your holidays in this hotel complex. There are 3 pools with rooms around it and a 2nd layer of rooms a bit further away. We spend our time in a Family room (in the outer layer) which is quite large and cleaned every day (also sunday's) including fresh towels) It takes a few minutes to get to the main building but the room was nice spacious and we didn't have any noise from our Polish students. The hotel itself is nice. It focussen mainly on German Guess. Even after 10days, the restaurant hostess spoke German to us, while we are from the Netherlands :-) Entertainment is i in German and and well... "Kino night"was a joke: a bad movie in poor quality: no one was watching the film! The food was OK In the morning the gril was often already on for lunch, which ment Lunch was luke-warm I expect this will be better when it will be busy, but now it made go good food to waste. The hotel staff (except 2 ladies at service in the restaurant) seem to start their day with a cup of vinegar! ) A smile is difficult and despite Greece let go the face mask restrictions, we had to wear a mak in the restaurant. There were about 200+ Polish students onsite. During the day, they were practicing their hotel skills This ment every now and again 5 people were waiting to serve your table, without being able to speak English. When they were off duty: they were.. young student bashing lunch and dinner not giving a F*uck about the other guests. After one week guests and students were separated but the party's continued at night with a lot of yelling and drunk people. I would have preferred to know we were used to train new stundest! For all inclusive: Well.. many people commented on the Wine and drinks: we can confirm this is not the best.. or even quite bad. Coffee at breakfast is a disaster: 1 machine which fails all the time and already now, log waiting times. When there are 800 guests...this must be fixed! Soft drinks taste all te same and the machine is malfunctioning all the time.. really bad! "local whine"was either from last year, or... really not Greek! All inclusive is overpriced and as a all inclusive customer you are ignored due to a smaller chance for tips. The location is great and potential of this resort is also great. Attitude of the hotel staff can use a lot of attention. We made it a great holiday by renting a car and go elsewhere. Consider fro yourself what you are looking for before booking this hotel.

Hello, From the bottom of my heart i can honestly say this is the worst hotel i’ve been in Greece (i go 3 times a year since 2009). The hotel was 4 star maybe before i was born so about 29 year ago… The smell in the room is unbearable, there is ants in the ground level rooms, the mattresses feel like you sleep on pavement, there is huge homeless dogs walking around the pool late at night, so you have the experience like you are in Jurassic Park theme park. Location is awful, the most exiting thing happening during the day is if you get a discount from the local guy for a kilogram of peaches. However i wouldn’t give a bad review as i’m not picky, the most annoying thing is the staff, i have the feeling they are trained in North Korea military camps, they moan about absolutely everything never seen so unwelcoming staff anywhere. Hands down to the main chef, the food is tasty and this is about the only good thing in the hotel. Kind Regards, Your boy, Dave.

We spent here 10 days.Hotel with a very professional service. The room was surrounded by green. The cleanliness in the rooms was daily. Food in the restaurant for all ages and tastes. Perfect service from Alketa, Nikos G and Fabian in the restaurant and Fani in the pool bar. The reception helps you a lot and at any time. We enjoyed a lovely short holiday here, summer 2021. The rooms were quite small and definitely not very fancy, but we spent all of our time outside anyway! The swimming pool was inviting, the beach was directly across the street. Unfortunately the sand stopped as soon as you stepped in the water, so it was necessary to have shoes on to enter the sea, which we didn’t have. We visited the local market which was well worth it! Otherwise we lazed around the pool and relaxed!!!! The service was friendly all round. I wouldn’t return only because of the sea not being so inviting because of the stones…otherwise we were very happy there!!!!
