★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tried to deliver me an item but because they didn't see my name on the bell they prefer to call me from the store in order to visit them and receive the item from the store. It would be much easier for both sides if they would just called me when the delivery guy was out of my house. In the store the service was good..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does it take one week to deliver a parcel within Athens? My parcel arrived to their facilities on 15th of January and only on 22nd they tried to deliver it to me. I stayed at home all day waiting for the parcel and no one came, I didn't received any calls either. In the evening I got the message that there was an attempted delivery and to choose new dates I had to call the provided number. I called them and explained the situation and they said that I can choose other date for delivery but not tomorrow or I can take the parcel myself. I think they didn't even try to deliver it to my home because I literally was at home all day and didn't hear a bell ring nor knock on a door neither received a phone call. I think they are doing this on purpose so people would take the parcels from their office. Delivery was about 20$ and it took almost 3 weeks to get the parcel from UK. This is ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two times the courier didn't bother and just left a note at my door, but well, thank you for the exercise, that 4.4km walk won't hurt me ? One extra star for the friendly young lady at the office ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect a different experience depending on where you ordered stuff from, no I do not mean from where as in from Greece, or Germany, I mean where as in Amazon or a local business. In the case of Amazon the delivery people are always extremely polite, informative and accommodating. In the case of a local business or a place that doesn't have a contract with them, they do not so much as bother to phone when they arrive to actually verify if someone is home. The good thing is that I usually order from Amazon so my experience is usually a pleasant one, and in the cases that it isn't the tellers at the agency provide the necessary info for how to get your parcel if you phone them. All in all, could be better, but could be a lot lot worse.
