Δεν περιμέναμε να έρθουν τόσο γρήγορα και δυστυχώς δεν είχαμε έτοιμη την αντικαταβολή, οπότε δεν μπορούσαμε να το πάρουμε. Σήμερα το πρωί με κάλεσαν 2 φορές, την δεύτερη κατάφερα να απαντήσω εγκαίρως, για να κανονίσουμε ποια μέρα και ώρα είμαι διαθέσιμη να μου το φέρουν ξανά. Φυσικά χάρηκα πολύ, γιατί βάσει των εμπειριών με άλλες εταιρείες κουριερ (ονόματα δεν λέμε οικογένειες δεν θίγουμε) δεν περίμενα αυτό το αποτέλεσμα. Μάλιστα υπολόγιζα να πάω εγώ Περιστέρι να το πάρω, κάτι που ευτυχώς δεν χρειάζεται. Ήταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη έκπληξη η γενική γρήγορη ανταπόκριση και εξυπηρέτηση. Μπράβο για τον επαγγελματισμό! The parcel, which the courier company undertook to deliver to me, was an order placed on 13/07/2021. He was at our door yesterday morning. We did not expect them to come so quickly and unfortunately we did not have cash on delivery, so we could not get it. This morning I was called twice, the second time I managed to answer in time, to arrange what day and time I am available to bring it to me again. Of course I was very happy, because based on the experiences with other courier companies (names we do not say families we do not touch) I did not expect this result. In fact, I was planning to go to Peristeri to get it, something that fortunately is not needed. It was a very pleasant surprise the general quick response and service. Well done for the professionalism!

Δέμα μεταξύ διαφορετικών νομών της ηπειρωτικής Ελλάδας παραδόθηκε την επόμενη ημέρα, σε περίοδο υψηλοτάτου φόρτου εργασίας. Σαφήνεια, αμεσότητα, απο την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία (με τον κύριο Γ.Χ.), μεχρι την περάτωση της αποστολής. Όπως ακριβώς θα έπρεπε να είναι κάθε ταχυδρομική εταιρεία. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα! Flawless service, prompt response, courtesy and consistency! No impersonal communication, reasonable prices. A parcel between different prefectures of mainland Greece was delivered the next day, during a period of very high workload. Clarity, immediacy, from the telephone communication (with Mr. G.X.), until the end of the mission. Just like any postal company should be. Highly recommended!
k	karmen dadioti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλασσική περίπτωση που ο οδηγός έπαθε βλάβη. Καταλαβαίνω τον φόρτο εργασίας αλλά τουλαχιστον πείτε την αλήθεια. Η παράδοση έγινε εκτός ωραρίου, ανακρίβειες απο το προσωπικό. Ο καθένας έλεγε την δικαιολογία που ήθελε. Classic case where the driver was injured. I understand the workload but at least tell the truth. Delivery was made off time, inaccuracies by staff. Everyone said the excuse they wanted.
n	natasuknaht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο άνθρωπος που επικοινώνησα στο τηλέφωνο ήταν ευγενέστατος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός παρότι τον ενόχλησα επανελλημένα μέσα στην ημέρα, η παράδοση έγινε κανονικά την ίδια μέρα όπως και μου είπαν, ο διανομέας ήταν επίσης ευγενέστατος και χαμογελαστός! Μια από τις καλύτερες συνεργασίες που είχα με μεταφορική μέχρι τώρα. The person I contacted on the phone was very polite and very helpful although I annoyed him repeatedly during the day, the delivery was done normally the same day as I was told, the distributor was also very polite and smiling! One of the best collaborations I have had with transport so far.

I finally got it delivered after being told they can't tell me within a range of an hour, what time they would deliver to my house. When I asked the first time if they could deliver to my work, 2km further away, the response was we don't deliver there but when I called another day they did.? When finally receiving it(after 10 days) the man delivering it was very impolite with a horrible attitude, complaining he has work to do, like I am not a customer paying for their service? Not recommended at all, horrible service level, and treating their customers like they are causing them harm and trouble. Please fire the girl answering calls and hire someone who will be helpful and positive not ruining the morning for customers.
