Εγώ όμως αλλού προβληματίζομαι, εσείς που βάλατε 5 αστέρια, σας προσέφεραν κάποια πρίβε υπηρεσία? Η πιο ανύπαρκτη εταιρεία που έχω συναντήσει. Προσπαθούμε να αγοράσουμε ένα ακίνητο με υποθήκη από την ΑΤΕ από τις 21/2. Μιλήσαμε από αρχές Φλεβάρη με ένα εξωτερικό συνεργάτη ονόματι Firstcall αρχές Φλεβάρη και αφού μας ζητήθηκαν σταδιακά όλα τα έγγραφα (και όχι όλα μαζί) στις 21/2 ολοκληρώθηκε ο φάκελος και συμπληρώσαμε μία φόρμα με το ποσό το οποίο θα γίνει αποδεκτό από την PQH όπως μας είπαν για εφάπαξ εξόφληση. Λογικά εάν ήταν τράπεζα θα μας απαντούσε μέσα σε 24 ώρες. Σήμερα είναι 15 Απριλίου έχουμε επικοινωνήσει πάνω από 20 φορές στέλνοντας email και τηλέφωνα . Αλλά δυστυχώς το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο επηρεάζει ελάχιστα το Back office. Το Back office έχει ευθυνόφοβα και άχρηστα άτομα τα οποία δυστυχώς δεν ανταποκρίνονται καθόλου στις τόσες εκκλήσεις μας . Κλείσαμε 2 μήνες για μία απλή απάντηση σε εφάπαξ εξόφληση. Απορώ εάν όντως υπάρχει κάποιος που να δουλεύει εκεί μέσα. Το επόμενο λογικό βήμα είναι αγωγή για δόλια κωλυσιεργία. Εν τέλει εάν θέλετε να πουλήσετε το ακίνητο σας με προσημείωση ΑΤΕ απλά ξεχάστε το, διώξτε από τώρα τους αγοραστές και ετοιμαστείτε για ζημία λόγο ανύπαρκτης ανταπόκρισης της εν λόγο εταιρείας. Μετά από μερική αποπληρωμή του χρέος και ρύθμιση του υπόλοιπου, καθυστέρησαν να στείλουν ταχυδρομικά την ειδοποίηση για την πρώτη δόση, με αποτέλεσμα ότι ήταν ήδη ληγμένη και χρεώνουν ένα παράλογο ποσό για τόκο για την καθυστέρηση. Βρεθήκαμε κόκκινοι χωρίς να το ξέρουμε λόγω της τράπεζας. Ειμασταν καλοπληρωτες όλα αυτά τα χρόνια και πέρσι αφήσαμε λίγες δόσεις απλήρωτες και άρχισαν όλα. Εκτός από το γεγονός ότι δεν έχουμε ενημέρωση από κανέναν όλα αυτά τα χρόνια μας πήραν από 5 διαφορετικά γραφεία δικηγορικα και μας απειλούσαν. Μετά από συνεννόηση αποληρωσαμε όλα τα ληξιπροθεσμα και σήμερα πλήρωσαμε την δόση μας μέσω e banking και εχουν βρει αφορμή ότι δεν τα βλέπουν και μας έχουν βάλει 3500 για τόκο. Σημειωτέον, ότι έχουν κατατεθεί μες το 2021 45000.Δεν νομίζω να τα δίνει κανένας άλλος τόσα χρήματα. Είναι απαράδεκτοι. Προσπαθούν να χρεώνουν τον κόσμο με παραπάνω ποσα ενώ λένε ότι κάνουν ρυθμίσεις. Απαιτούν όσα πουν εκείνοι ότι χρωστάμε να τα καταθέτουμε. Ενώ έχουμε τις αποδείξεις των καταθέσεων εκείνοι μας βγάζουν και τρελούς και όλο χρωστάμε. Έχουμε απελπιστεί και πιστεύω ότι ποτέ δεν θα ξεχρεωθουμε. ? Δεν ξέρουν τι τους γίνεται εκεί μέσα. ???.
