★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do tend to give max rating to the places that worth it.. I also change my rating in case there are differences in their operation in the future. At the moment what can I say. Great variety of products, from the well established firms to some, less known ones. Prices are for every wallet and the nice thing is that it is a place for both professionals and the amateur DIY aficionado. Clean, well structured, enough space on between the corridors and easy to find the products you are looking for. Personnel is more than eager to assist in getting the best experience within the establishment. Plenty of parking space, area for disabled people and parents with strollers near the shop's entry/exit point. Also, enough space to move around like i stated earlier and room in the WC for them. If there would be one thing that could improve, that is the latter. WC could get some attention, but having said that I couldn't take one star off.. give it 4.5 then.. overall a very pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unnecessarily complicated ordering system. There is one item that I am interested in buying. For some reason it is not possible to order it online..... so I called their customer service...... 3 times..... talked to about 10 people whose only role seems to be to pass on the call to someone else. Each time I got a different answer to my question. Please simplify the ordering process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store but be careful on the parking area!!!! They tried to break in our car and the security and the police told us that is happens there regularly! So don’t leave things in the care and park close to the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το πρόγραμμα " garden experts" έχει πολλά ελάττωματα. Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Severely disappointed. We consulted the team "Garden experts" to design a new garden. They took measurements and photos of the area yet still the plan was wrong. Then we asked if they'd send a team to renovate it but they said "oh we don't provide the team. You have to find your own people to do the job". They give us a phone of a guy who supposedly knew how to handle it only to tell us " This ain't my area of expertise, can't help you. Oh and it's 30€ for my services to just check the place". We ended up finding our own team. Then after a month, our package was delivered with the stuff, which was left on the pavement for us to pick up cause "it's not their responsibility to carry them further". Yet we paid 30€ for transportation.
Please don't support Praktiker... This is inexcusable behaviour and poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is big and has pretty much anything you need as a construction worker or for simple everyday house repairs. There are 2 floors, also they have a suprising selection of furniture such as desks, sofa's and chairs. The prices are pretty reasonable and the parking is huge as well.
