M	Marko Mirkovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Нисам дао пет звездица јер смо имали много жутих мрава у целом апартману. Фрижидер је из праисторије са испуцалим и зарђалим решеткама. Телевизор је био у апартману булвално бачен на врх ормара са све кабловима, антеном и рисивером, па ако хоћеш са гледаш ТВ мораћеш да се сналазиш. Знам да ТВ није битна ставка, али је Србија играла на светском, па смо хтели гледати, али ништа од тога. Хигијена би могла бити много боља. WiFi није баш најбољи, често пуца веза. Е сад да кажем да је локација сјајна. Испред имате лежаљке и малу плажицу па је јутарње купање уживанција. Никијана је одлична локација за обилазак Лефкаде. Ми смо скоро сваки дан негде ишли колима. Испред апартмана имате и велики простор за паркирање кола, па вам неће бити проблем ни у сред сезоне. У сваком случају мислим да господин Праксителис може то много боље да среди уз минимум труда, само ако буде желео. Зато и имам помешана мишљења о овом месту. Такође поред апартмана је лепа таверна, а малко даље, 50-так метара је beach bar који ноћу викендом пушта музику доста гласно до чак 4 ујутру. I didn't give it five stars because we had a lot of yellow ants in the whole apartment. The fridge is from prehistory with cracked and rusty bars. The TV was thrown into the apartment on the top of the closet with all the cables, antenna and receiver, so if you want to watch TV you will have to manage. I know that TV is not an important item, but Serbia played in the world, so we wanted to watch, but none of that. Hygiene could be much better. WiFi is not exactly the best, often bursting connection. Now let me just say that the location is great. In front of you have deck chairs and a small beach, so morning bathing is a pleasure. Nikiana is a great location for touring Lefkada. We went by car almost every day. In front of the apartment you have a large space for parking cars, so you will not be a problem even in the middle of the season. In any case, I think Mr Praksitelis can handle this much better with a minimum of effort, if he wants to. That's why I have mixed opinions about this place. Also adjacent to the apartment is a nice tavern, and a little further a 50 meters away there is a beach bar that plays music loud at night on weekends until 4am.

D	Djordje Milutinovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place for vacation. Right on the beach. Beach is ok. Much more nicer beaches around but this one is in front of your room. You get free sunbeds, two chairs and table on your part of terrace in a nice natural shade. All meals you make on grill and eat on the beach... On the front side is entrance with huge yard for parking. Inside could use a little renovation but all in all beds are comfortable, you get all the dishes, towels etc. I would come back again...
