 Excellent location, the apartment has everything to stay, a shady parking place, a beach with a shade and deck chairs, hygiene on a level, friendly hosts of recommendations for a stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα. Με ωραίο γκαζόν έξω από τα δωμάτια, ντουζεριες, η καλυτερη παραλια στη νικιανα με βοτσαλακι ψιλο μπροστά απτα δωμάτια. Πολύ καθαρά με εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με φουρνάκι, παλαιου τυπου κρεβατια και στρώματα μα σε αποζημειωνει η απολαυση του εξωτερικου χωρου. Ολα διπλα, φαρμακειο, φουρνος, σουπερ, εστιατορια.. Η κα Αναστασία εξυπηρετικότατη και η κοπέλα της καθαριότητας εξαιρετικη, καθε πρωι καθαριζε ολα τα τραπέζια και ξαπλωστρες στον κηπο και παραλια. Θα ξαναπηγαινα για ξεκουραστες διακοπες!!
Right on the sea. With nice lawn outside the rooms, showers, the best beach in Nikiana with fine pebbles in front tangible rooms. Very clean with equipped kitchen with oven, old type beds and mattresses but the enjoyment of the outdoor space compensates you. Everything next door, pharmacy, bakery, super, restaurants .. Mrs. Anastasia was very helpful and the girl of the cleaning was excellent, every morning she cleaned all the tables and sunbeds in the garden and on the beach. I would go again for a relaxing vacation !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location and hosts, but close to the road so noisy, you can hear the streat motors during the night. Furniture is old and very basic. Beach is clean and nice w gravel.
