Β	Βασιλικη Μιχαλακακου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το λιγότερο απαράδεκτοι στο τηλεφωνικό, στο site προϊόντα με κορδέλα στο καθένα ξεχωριστά 2+1(δώρο), κάνω παραγγελία περίεργο επιβεβαιωτικό στέλνω e-mail για διευκρινίσεις και την επομένη παίρνω τηλέφωνο, μου λένε ότι η προσφορά είναι στο σύνολο της παραγγελίας επιλέγουν τα πιο φθηνά προϊόντα ανά 2 και το στέλνουν δώρο αλλά αφού στο site φαίνεται έτσι θα σας στείλουμε τα δώρα 1 στην κάθε δυάδα προϊόντων, εφησυχάζομε, την επόμενη απαντάνε στο e-mail πάλι τα ίδια τους απαντάω ότι το λύσαμε τηλεφωνικώς και ότι θα μου τα στείλετε όπως τα γράφει στο site και όχι όπως τα εννοείται με παίρνουν σήμερα τηλέφωνο πάλι τα ίδια, της λέω λοιπόν ότι με εξαπατήσατε διότι στο τηλέφωνο παραδεχτήκατε το λάθος σας, και εξαπατάτε τον κόσμο με τον τρόπο που παρουσιάζεται το site σας, δεν υπάρχει λόγος να παραγγείλει κάποιος 50€ για να του έρθει δώρο 4€, ούτε ίδρωσε φυσικά αλλά και εγώ δεν θα παραλάβω ευτυχώς τα είχα βάλει με αντικαταβολή . Δεν υπάρχει τρόπος άμεσης επικοινωνίας με κανέναν υπεύθυνο όταν υπάρξει προβληνα παρά μόνο ένα email που απαντάνε μεσα σε 24 ώρες τυπικά.
