P	Pierros Zevolis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful, quiet and beautiful park at Greece, near to the borders with Albania country. There are not many but nice food and drink options at the traditional villages around the lake as well as accomodation options (There is a hotel at Achillio, a small island inside the lake). Picturesque scenery of the lakes.
N	Nikos Xynos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutely amazing place. A truly gem in Greece. The lake offering lots of hikes along its shores and the surrounding mountains. Also it’s worth visiting Agio Achillios and the picturesque villages Psarades and Agios Germanos.

You can cycle to the smaller Argios Achilles Lake...it is about 22km until there but worth going there. We are on a stelplatz next to a very small but beautiful church. We have a lot of peace and can swim in the Lake...wonderful

Y	Ynnon Rother on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful during the fall and especially rewarding on a motorcycle. I visited for one afternoon, but I wish I'd stayed for 4-5 days, I only briefly visited the main sightseeing spots, but would like to go hiking and experience more of this wonderful area.

We've enjoyed visiting agios achillios and taking a boat to watch the old monasteries (including climbing up to the 15th century monastery on the cave), as well as watching local birds.
