AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! by the time I found this place it was 5th and final attempt to making a decision on my wedding dress, I went solo and met with a sweet woman named Sofia. I had found the dress right when I got in, it was really the only one that got my attention. We went to try on the dresses and automatically pointed at the one that I really wanted to try on, and eventually found out it actually was the one. I felt gorgeous in it and I was so excited. I was deff Sofia's easiest customer.So glad I listened to my gut feeling and didn't pick the other dresses. Also it was beautifully decorated for their interior decoration! highly recommend and deff ask for Sofia!!

Please don't buy in this store. I'll summarise my terrible experience with them.. Firstly, they ordered wrong size of my dress - I was explicit I wear 36 since I forever, they pushed that i should have 38 and then they will make it smaller if needed. Although I didn't want it, they ordered 38 which was obviously way too big! I came for the first try and they took measurements, they said they will fix it to fit like a glove and I trusted them although I didn't like that so many changes are needed becasie of the wrong size. We agreed for the dress to be ready in about 10 days. I came back and then the real disaster started... The dress was still too big, so they told me to wait 1h, I came back and they told me the dress is ready and I can take it. When I said I want to try it again to see if it's good this time, they were surprised and not very happy as there were new clients around... Can you imagine?! When I tried it, I realized that the dress, on the skirt part, is completely not done, it was full of needles from the first measuring 10 days ago!!!! Imagine if I didn't try it and took it home and only realized this on the wedding day?! The lady adjusting the dresses is rather a mess, the adjustments were poorly done, when I asked to amend one flower that was hangining like it's going to fall off, again I saw the assistant not happy with grimacing face. In total, I spent 5h that day making sure the dress is in right condition. The ladies were impatient and rude as they wanted to get other clients served that didn't pay yet! It wasn't the case when I came for the first time, but as soon as I paid money, they stopped giving a damn about me. Please avoid this store, it's a huge industry and they just count money, they don't want you to feel special and they don't care about your dress looking perfect after you pay them. Also, very poor English if you're non Greek speaker, they by default treat you worse. They have good brands and big choice, but so other shops in Athens! Save yourself from the stress before your wedding day, it's not worth it!!!

I went to Greece on vacation and I decided to go wedding dresses shopping in Athens. I made an appointment via email and when I arrived the staff was very friendly specially Katherine she help me find the perfect dress for me but It was sleeves-less and I wanted my dress to have long sleeves and together we designed the sleeves, she told me to come back in 2 hours and the dress was amazing just like I dreamed. She was very professional, gave me a great price, it was tax free since I live in the US and she gave me a gift. I would highly recommend this store.

I have yet to experience such amazing and professional service!!! This beautiful bridal shop is filled not just with amazing dresses but with amazing members of staff who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect.
