Α	Ανδριάνα-Μαρία Συρίγου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα 3 προϊόντα, απ τα οποία όμως τα 2 δεν τα είχαν, με πήραν τηλ κ τα αλλάξαμε με αντίστοιχα άλλων εταιρειών, καθώς είχα προπληρώσει την παραγγελία. Η κοπέλα ήταν ευγενέστατη, μου ζητησε συγνώμη για την αστοχία της διαθεσιμότητας κ όταν παρέλαβα την παραγγελία, μου είχαν μέσα πολλά δειγματάκια, καθώς κ δώρο μία τσάντα θαλάσσης κ ολα αυτά για παραγγελία μόνο 40€! Σίγουρα θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω!!! I ordered 3 products, but 2 of them did not have them, they called me and we exchanged them with those of other companies, as I had prepaid the order. The girl was very kind, she apologized for the lack of availability and when I received the order, they had a lot of samples in them, as well as a gift of a beach bag and all this for an order of only 40 €! I will definitely prefer them again !!!

Τηλεφώνησα εντός της ημέρας για διευκρινήσεις και δεχτηκα ιδιαίτερα αγενή και αντιεπαγγλματικη αντιμετώπιση καθώς "είχαν δουλειά", ενώ γνώριζαν ότι βρίσκομαισε δύσκολη κατάσταση με πονους. I was not satisfied with the treatment offered to me and I bought it. I called during the day for clarifications and received very rude and unprofessional treatment as "they had a job", while they knew that I was in a difficult situation with pain.

Σε μια περίοδο που οι κούριερ έχουν δημιουργήσει τεράστιο πρόβλημα με τις παραδόσεις. Ή έχετε διαλέξει πολύ καλό συνεργάτη, ή επενδύσατε σε δικό σας δίκτυο διανομής. Όπως και να έχει είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Competitive prices. My order was delivered the very next day. At a time when couriers have created a huge problem with deliveries. Either you have chosen a very good partner, or you have invested in your own distribution network. Anyway I'm very happy.

A	Anna Papaggelopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω παραγγείλει πολλές φορές πάντα παρέλαβα στην ώρα μου , συνήθως παίρνω τίς παραγγελίες από το κατάστημα γιατί με βολεύει δεν με πειράζει το ποσό των 20 ευρώ που ζητάνε για παραλαβή τα περισσότερα φαρμακεία την έχουν οπότε κανένα πρόβλημα. Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη θα ξανά παραγγείλω σίγουρα. I have ordered many times, I always received it on time, I usually take the orders from the store because it suits me, I do not mind the amount of 20 euros that most pharmacies ask for, so they have no problem. I was very happy I will definitely order again.

Πελάτης στο κατάστημα χρόνια ...μπαινω μέσα σέρνοντας 2 παιδιά 3 και 6 ετών για να κάνω στο ένα παιδί ραπίντ τέστ με χαρτί από το σχολείο γιατί βρέθηκε κρούσμα στην ταξί του. Νόμιζα ότι με το ΑΜΚΑ δεν πληρώνεις σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις και δεν έδωσα σημασία στο να πάρω χρήματα μαζι (βλακεία μ!) Αγχομενος για να προλάβω τις δραστηριότητες τους και για να μην τα κουβαλάω πάλι μαζί και καθυστερήσουν ζήτησα από τη βιομηχανο μεγαλοεπιχειρηματία να πάρει δείγμα για να κάνει το τέστ και να τα πάω σπίτι ,σε 5 λεπτά θα ήμουν πίσω να πάρω αποτέλεσμα και να πληρώσω τα 7 ευρώ..Μου αρνήθηκε...μου είπε ότι δεν γίνεται αυτό. Έχω εντυπωσιαστεί ..ένιωσα σαν ζητιάνος και έφυγα με σκιμενο το κεφάλι με τα παιδιά τα οποία ρωτούσαν γιατί .. δε μπορούσα να απαντήσω γιατί δε θέλω να τα απογοητεύσω για το ανθρώπινο είδος. Το να τους πω..αρχισα να τραγουδάω ότι η κυρία πίσω από τιμόνι κάνει μπίζνες..μέσα στην Αθήνα κάνει μπίζνες. Correct INDUSTRIES ... !!! Customer in the store for years ...
