Σκέφτεται τον πελάτη και όχι μόνο το συμφέρων του, λέγοντας μου την γνώμη του η οποία δεν τον συνέφερε οικονομικά. Τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλαχτα. Σ᾽ ευχαριστώ Γιάννη. A	Apostolos Brimis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάτοχος Samsung Α70 στο οποίο έπεσε νερό και η οθόνη δεν δούλευε σωστά. Πιο συγκεκριμένα έκλεινε οπότε ήθελε και πετούσε πράσινες γραμμές. Το πήγα στα παιδιά και κατάφεραν να το σώσουν χωρίς να αλλάξουν την οθόνη πάρα μόνο με ένα εσωτερικό καθαρισμό/στέγνωμα. Προφανώς και θα μπορούσαν σε οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα να μου πουν ότι έχει θέμα η οθόνη και ότι πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί όμως ο Γιάννης δεν το έκανε. Το κινητό δεν έχει το παραμικρό εξωτερικό σημαδάκι που να προήλθε από το άνοιγα. Καλή κατάρτιση και σωστή εξυπηρέτηση! Holder of Samsung A70 in which water fell and the screen did not work properly. Το πήγα σε πάνω από 5 τεχνικούς και όλοι μου έλεγαν ότι δεν γίνεται να κάνω τίποτα πέρα από reset, κάτι που δεν ήθελα, καθώς δεν είχα κάνει backup. Τα παιδιά μου το άνοιξαν με όλα τα δεδομένα μέσα. Και σε εξαιρετικά καλή τιμή. Χίλια μπράβο και χίλια ευχαριστώ!!!!!! Flawless work. My iPad was stuck and would not open. Είναι τόσο αυθάδης που κάνουν κακοήθεις σχόλια μπροστά σου έτσι και τολμήσεις να μην ξέρεις κάποια πράγματα σχετικά με το τηλέφωνο σου , ας πούμε. Αυτός είναι και ο λόγος που δεν πρόκειται να πάω ποτέ ξανά εκεί. Το Ηράκλειο έχει κι άλλους παρόμοιους επαγγελματίες. They know their job but they are rude and impudent. N	Nadar Nadar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the service. The owner did not even provide a signed acknowledgement of receipt when I left my mac. When I asked for a receipt his answer was and I quote "We are not this kind of shop" . I assumed he meant that the customer should blindly trust him. That has never occurred to me in the past. I persisted for a receipt and he gave me one that did not even have the model or the serial number of the mac, just with my name on it (?). When we talked on the phone he gave me a price of 100 euros for a replacement of hard disk (non apple) that would go up to 150 in addition to a data recovery. After checking he called to tell me that it was the hard disk that had the problem and that data recovery was not possible due to severe disk damage (he refused to explain further when I inquired) and he gave me the price of 135. When I asked why the price has gone up he said that he meant that 150 euros was plus the data recovery. And I asked him if he charged 15 euro for data recovery? He answered yes. He has no price list for service so I guess he charges as he sees fit. The hard disk I checked on line was worth 55 euros with a variation of 5-10 euros depending on the seller, so this guy charges 80 euro in addition for the effort it takes to replace the hard disk in a refurbished mac, nothing more. Sure has a high opinion for his service. The only reason I had my mac repaired there cause I had a deadline for work and KERNEL was out for 4 days. I was deeply dissatisfied with the both the service and the price. Will not recommend or revisit.
