From the ladies at reception, to the lovely waiters at the restaurant, to the lady who cleaned our room. We are beyond satisfied, would definitely come back again and again :)

It's situated in the neighborhood of Kolonaki which is a very central location if you want to mingle in the Athenian life. The hotel exceeded our expectations - the bed is super comfortable and the shower so nice, and everything is always clean! But the best thing of the hotel is the staff - everyone is really attentive, super nice, careful and always making sure that you are comfortable. Plus, great terrace for breakfast (which is btw so tasteful) or mid-afternoon coffee - what great coffee. I will make Project 3 my regular stay always when I come to Athens.

The staff are so warm and friendly, and provide a very personalised experience throughout your stay. We liked it so much we came back again. Thoughtful room design, and a fantastic breakfast too!

The location of the hotel is excellent - just a few minutes walk from the city center, but still quiet and calm. The rooms are inviting, well-designed and luxurious, the beds are very comfortable. The staff here are just lovely !! They make every effort to give you the feeling that you are most important, just like family - and they certainly succeed in doing so. The breakfast is excellent and with lots of choices to choose from, the coffee is just great! Highly recommend, I will definitely be back for my next visit to the city!

Manos, a server, was WONDERFUL!!! The other servers, cooks, and housekeeping staff were all AWESOME!!! The owner of this hotel has done a great job with the decor, food and bar services. The hotel is a small boutique hotel that caters to a higher end clientele. It is wonderfully located in the upscale Kolonaki area of Athens, and is near all of the best shopping, restaurants, and galleries. It is a very safe and secure property. I traveled with 3 girlfriends and we were thoroughly pleased with our stay. I will be returning with my husband and daughters very soon for another visit!

Comfortable bed, beautiful shower space with a separate room for toilet. The provided soaps and toiletries are especially nice. This is perfect if you’re looking for a quality hotel experience with no amenities/extras.
