Great hotel, great location, great service, great staff - don't need more

I was going to write about the great location, excellent service, beautiful breakfast terrace, maybe even complain a bit about the leftovers of cigarette smell in the room, but then I discovered the shower!! And the bed!! Suffice to say I would have loved to take them both home with me.

Excellent hotel, walking distance to some of the best parts of Athens. Boutique, clean, great balconies. Free breakfast is served on the rooftop and is the perfect way to start your day! Highly recommend.

Best hotel in our holiday. Magnificent shower and bed. Location is nice aroumd 15 min by walking and you arrive at plaka there are all the shops and restaurants. If you visit athens i highly recommend tobstay in this hotel. Breakfast is very nice you can eat at a balcony in the top floor of the building. You will have a nice view to start in the new day. The staff are super friendly always happy and helpfull. Thanks to the Coco-Mat personal for the beautiful stay me and my wife had ?????

Good hotel in great location, the room is a bit small and can be organized better.

The hotel was perfect. The bed was a dream and the staff very polite and helpful. The only problem was the elevator that had some issues from the first day and it got fixed on the last.

Very nice property in a great location. Positive: + amazing breakfast + great location + nice breakfast terrace (but not really a roof top as advertised, doesn’t really have a view… not worth going to outside of breakfast) + generally very nice rooms + gym, pool and steam bath available + friendly staff Negative: - Coco mat topper that was on the bed in the first night was horrible. Way too hard… I had very high hopes for a good nights sleep and woke up with back pain and barely slept. Luckily the second night after my request they changed the topper to something softer. - the room walls are very thin. One night I couldn’t sleep until 2am because my neighbors were holding a very loud conversation. The same night someone had an alarm going off at 5am… not good sleep - some of the rooms have almost no daylight - the staff is friendly but very confused and not very good at communicating… we had multiple issues during our stay: 1. They did not tell us during check in that it was required to make a reservation for using the pool/gym area, so the first day we couldn’t use the pool. 2. when we did make a reservation they did not communicate that it was only for 30 minutes, we assumed an hour time slot… so we couldn’t fully make use of gym and pool unfortunately. 3. we reserved an airport transfer with the reception staff we clearly repeated together with the staff that the transfer is for Sunday… instead they apparently booked a transfer for Friday and called one of our rooms at 5:30am and woke us up…. Now they still haven’t confirmed the transfer for Sunday. This hotel could be 5 stars if there weren’t so many issues with communication….

Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood next to everything you want to see in Athens. The rooms are quiet, modern and very clean. The staff is also very friendly and can help you with tips or if you want to rent a car. The neighborhood is great, is not a busy location but offers you plenty of traditional and modern restaurants and bars within 5min walk. If I come back to Athens I’ll come back here again.
