Wir wurden supernett bedient und können diese kleine Taverne uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Super delicious fresh food in an idyllic setting directly on a small beach bay. We were served super nice and can recommend this small tavern without reservation.

Την πρώτη φορά που επισκέφτηκα το Πρώτο Χελιδόνι είχα ενθουσιαστεί με τη νοστιμιά των πιάτων και την ποιότητα των υλικών. Πραγματικά ξεχώριζε σε σχέση με οποιαδήποτε άλλη ψαροταβέρνα είχα επισκεφτεί στην Κρήτη μέχρι τότε. Ωστόσο, ένα χρόνο μετά που βρέθηκα ξανά εδώ, το φαγητό δεν ήταν πια το ίδιο. Εξακολουθεί κι είναι νόστιμο, αλλά ένα επίπεδο πιο κάτω σε σχέση με την αρχική μου επίσκεψη. Ισως ήταν συγκυριακό, ίσως κάτι άλλαξε στην κουζίνα του εστιατορίου. A beautiful restaurant by the sea. Nice thoughtful, decor and beautiful view. The first time I visited First Swallow I was thrilled with the taste of the dishes and the quality of the ingredients. It really stood out compared to any other fish tavern I had ever visited in Crete. However, a year after I was here again, the food was no longer the same. It's still delicious, but a level below my original visit. It may have been temporary, maybe something changed in the restaurant kitchen.

Excellent location with beach between rocks and sand and abundant Greek salad.
