We got a better car than we requested and it arrived clean and in perfect condition. Highly recommend this car rental company.

There was an issue with the model I reserved, so I was given an upgrade in both size and year FOR FREE. The car was spacious, reliable and easy to drive. For three weeks, that Suzuki took my brother and me all over Crete without any issue. For my drop-off, they accommodated me to return it later and at a different location from my pickup (pickup at Chania and drop-off at Heraklion) for a small fee less than the gas cost of driving it back to Chania. It was an unforgettable summer, and Protos Car Rental played an instrumental role in that experience. If you want to have a similar experience, don't second guess Protos and make your car rental reservation now.

A minivan picked us up at the airport, drove us few minutes to the parking lot where we got the car. The same minivan drove us back to the airport when we returned the car. Everything went smooth. Communication with Protos was excellent. They were very helpful.i would choose them again without hesitation.

During the booking of my rental all my needs was taken in consideration and any eventual issues was sorted by their team with a very personalized approach. ( I changed the car and the dates with lots of patience) I got the specific car I ordered . They also provided all the detailed information in a very clearly way. At the destination I was received by a friendly, professional and very well organized team and everything went 100% problem free and very smoothly. No doubt I will use this company any time and on any destination I can.

We took the car for sixteen days and we didn't have any troubles with it for such a long period, it took us everywhere we wanted and we made around 2000km. We got hit at a parking lot in our first day and everything went smoothly without any problems. Easy pick up and return. Great car rental and we will definitely look for them in our next trip to Crete.

We were a bit careful when picking up the car, maybe we choose a too cheap rental company (including a second driver and full insurance both free of charge). However, Protos turned out to be a great company, all agreements are clear. And neatly fulfilled. When the car we reserved turned out to have a flat tire, we received an unsolicited proposal for a free upgrade to a higher class, all settled in no-time. We have gratefully made use of that. Next time in Crete we will definitely choose Protos again.

The service was quick and kind, and this model is just perfect for Crete. Despite the mountainous conditions we've averaged 4,8 l/100km, driving on country roads and parking to tiny spaces was a dream. The specific car was in good condition, we didn't have any issues with it. Strongly recommended!
