Έπρεπε να αξιοποιηθεί από την πολιτεία.
Δικαιολογία ο υδροβιότοπος....
Πολλές πίστες παγκοσμίως είναι μέσα σε πάρκα...
Albert park, Nürburgring, κ.α.
Πάντως πριν περίπου 27 χρόνια είχαμε βάλει με έναν φίλο μου το Suzuki swift 1.3 GTi 150ps στην πίστα και κάναμε πολλά ωραία περάσματα, παρά την παραμελημένη άσφαλτο!!!

Anyway, about 27 years ago, a friend of mine and I had put the Suzuki swift 1.3 GTi 150ps on the track and we made many nice passes, despite the neglected asphalt !!!
