D	DOUKAKOS DOUKAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα αγόρασα 4 σχαρακια μπάνιου στην τιμή των 4,50 ευρώ έκαστο. Σήμερα που πήγα να πάρω αλλά 2 , οι .... Τιμές αναπροσαρμοστηκαν και κοστίζουν πλέον 7,00ευρω έκαστο!!!!! Εννοείται φυσικά ότι δεν τα πήρα.... Δηλαδή ο κύριος ψαραδελης μας λέει εδώ ότι δεν έχει αποθήκη γεμάτη υλικό και ότι τώρα τα παραγγέλνει όλα με συνέπεια να αναπροσαρμόζονται οι τιμές. Έχουν μάθει να αισχροκερδουν σε βάρος του πελάτη με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Λυπάμαι που ασχολούμαι μαζί σας, αλλά ο κόσμος πρέπει να ξέρει τις πολιτικές σας. Φύγετε μακριά από αυτήν την επιχείρηση..... Αν υπήρχε και μείον να βαθμολογησω θα το έκανα πολύ ευχαρίστως αλλά δυστυχώς δεν έχει. Last week I bought 4 bath mats at a price of 4.50 euros each. Today I went to get but 2, the .... Prices have been adjusted and now cost 7.00 euros each !!!!! Of course I did not get them .... Ι	Ιωαννα Γκατζημα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά μια από τις καλύτερες εξυπηρετήσεις που είχαμε!!! Ψάχναμε για την να σχέδιο σε παλιά πλακακια και το κατάστημα στην οδό Λαγκαδά, μας προτεινε να επικοινωνήσουμε με το κατάστημα της Αθήνας στο οποίο υπάρχουν περισσότερα σχέδια και ίσως να βρίσκαμε κάτι παρόμοιο ευκολότερα!καθώς κ έγινε! Μετά την άμεση επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα της Αθήνας, παραγγείλαμε 24 πλακάκια ώστε να τα παραλάβουμε από το κατάστημα Θεσσαλονίκης!φυσικά χωρίς καμία επιπλέον χρέωση! Και σήμερα, επικοινωνήσαμε μαζί τους ώστε να παραλάβουμε τελικά τα 15 κ όχι όλο των αριθμο πλακιδίων! Φυσικά με μεγάλη ευγένεια η κοπέλα στο τηλ μας ενημέρωσε πως μπορούμε να παραλαβουμε όσα επιθυμούμε.Να αναφέρω φυσικα πως κ ο κύριος που μας εξυπηρετήσε αρχικά στο φυσικό κατάστημα Θεσσαλονίκης ήταν ευγενεστατος!συγχαρητήρια πολλά!!!!! χαίρεσαι να αγοράζεις από τέτοια μαγαζιά! Δυστυχώς επανήλθα ώστε να αφειρέσω δύο αστεράκια, αν και καθόλου δε θα το ήθελα! Παραλάβαμε λοιπόν τα πλακάκια παλαιού τύπου, ήρθαμε σπίτι και διαπυστώσαμε τελικά, ότι δεν ταιριάζουν καθόλου με τα υπάρχοντα πλακάκια! ( Θέλαμε να αποκαταστήσουμε μια ζημιά). Επικοινωνήσαμε με το κατάστημα ώστε να κάνουμε επιστροφή, σε καμία όμως περίπτωση δε θα παίρναμε τα χρήματα μας πίσω και το διευκρινίσαμε. Θα αγοράζαμε σίγουρα κάτι άλλο! Δυστυχώς δεν μας έκαναν την αλλαγή! Δώσαμε 52,5€ για 15 πλακάκια και απλά καταστρέφονται, καθώς χρειάστηκε να αγοράσουμε άλλα! Όλα φυσικά με ευγένεια και χωρίς να αναιρώ καθόλου την αρχική μου κριτική! Really one of the best services we had !!! We were looking for a design on old tiles and the store on Lagada Street, he suggested we contact the store in Athens where there are more designs and maybe we could find something similar easier! After direct contact with the store in Athens, we ordered 24 tiles to receive them from the store in Thessaloniki! Of course without any additional charge! And today, we contacted them to finally receive the 15 and not the whole number of tiles! Of course with great courtesy the girl on our phone informed us that we can receive what we want. Let me mention of course that the gentleman who initially served us at the physical store in Thessaloniki was very kind! Congratulations a lot !!!!! you are happy to buy from such stores! Unfortunately I came back to remove two stars, although I would not like it at all! So we received the old type tiles, we came home and finally found out that they do not match the existing tiles at all! (We wanted to repair a damage). We contacted the store to make a return, but in no case would we take our money back and clarified it. We would definitely buy something else! Unfortunately they did not change us! We gave 52.5 € for 15 tiles and they are simply destroyed, as we had to buy more! All of course with courtesy and without canceling my initial criticism at all!

They understand the customer and his needs. They know exactly what to recommend and how to help everyone no matter how high their expectations are. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their are far better than any other store in this city.
