Amazing outlook of quay and bay, good food

Love this place ! Great location, really good Greek food. Friendly family run place. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately this was the worst restaurant we’ve been at during our (2 months) stay in Greece. Also, it lacks hygiëne.

The best view at agkistri Island. Local Nad fresh food..

The food was delicious and the service was friendly. If I was visiting Agistri with friends, I'd definitely go back! However, for someone dining alone, the portions are too big and price gets pretty high if you prefer to have a meal that consists of more than one ingredient. What I mean is that the lovely stuffed mushrooms I had as a starter were really big and there were 5 of them - enough for 2-3 people. My main was fried calamari and they were good too, but who wants to only have a big plate of fried calamari with nothing but a piece of lemon on the side? Besides those I had a local beer and a large bottle of water, for the total of 19€. That would be a great deal for two people, but not for one. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only solo traveller - there were actually two others in the same place while I was there - so it would be great if there was a possibility to order half portions or dishes that offer a more versatile plate for one. If there already are, please recommend those for solo diners like me.

I guess it's okay if you're coming for the view. The food was... in all honesty, below average (and my standards are not really that high.

Most tavernas were closed on Agistri when we visited in March. Took us a while to find one that serves food. We were walking from Megalochori to Skala when we came across "George" near the Skala port. We can't seem to find this location on Google or TripAdvisor, though on Google map we can see this place is listed from the pictures posted, but under a different name. We ordered Bread, Tzatziki, and Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce. Total 10 Euro. The disposable table cover had a map of Agistri, very localised. We enjoyed our meal here very much, and glad that this restaurant opens all year round. Highly recommended, especially so during off-season.

Fresh food with nice views. The dishes were a bit salty (e.g. filled mushrooms) or could do with some seasonings (e.g. fish in the grill). Good and friendly service.
