Βρήκαμε πεντανόστιμα τα πιάτα τους όπως για παράδειγμα ψαρόσουπα, μπιφτέκια (πολύ αφράτα και καθόλου βαριά), καλαμαράκια, φρέσκες πατάτες χωρίς τη λαδίλα που συναντάς αλλού. Το σαγανάκι με γαρίδες δεν μας ενθουσίασε. Αν και σε ψαροταβέρνα τέτοια πιάτα πρέπει να είναι από τα καλύτερά τους. Επίσης, στον ντάκο αν πρόσθεταν και λίγο κάπαρη θα ήταν τοπ! Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό, φαίνεται καθαρό μαγαζί και είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο για να απολαύσεις το φαγητό σου στο Ξυλόκαστρο. Το συστήνουμε και θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε! 5 ΑΣΤΕΡΙΑ We visited it at the end of November. We found their dishes delicious, such as fish soup, burgers (very fluffy and not at all heavy), squid, fresh potatoes without the oil that you find elsewhere. The saganaki with shrimp did not excite us. Although in a fish tavern such dishes must be one of the best. Also, in dako, if they added a little caper, it would be top! The staff is polite, it looks like a clean shop and it is in a very good place to enjoy your food in Xylokastro. We recommend it and we will prefer it again! 5 STARS

Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στην Μαριάννα σωστή επαγγελματίας!!!ΜΠΡΆΒΟ. Wonderful family environment, very good food, fresh fish and seafood, perfect service and all this by the sea. A big congratulations to Marianna, a good professional !!! WELL DONE.

Πήραμε χταπόδι ξιδάτο, γαύρο τηγανιτό, φυσικά πατατούλες τηγανιτές και χωριάτικη σαλάτα, και καλαμαράκι τηγανιτό. Περιττό να πω πως εκτός από το χταποδάκι δε πρόλαβα να βγάλω καμία άλλη φωτογραφία, καθώς όλα τα υπόλοιπα πιάτα εξαφανίστηκαν απ'το τραπέζι μας σχεδόν αμέσως μόλις μας τα έφεραν! Συστήνω το μαγαζί αυτό ανεπιφύλακτα! Returning from our morning bath, we sat down to eat our seafood. Needless to say, apart from the octopus, I did not manage to take any other photos, as all the other dishes disappeared from our table almost as soon as they were brought to us! Οι γαρίδες παραψημένες και σκληρές, οι φάβα άγευστη και νερό, το σαγανάκι που παραγγείλαμε το γυρίσαμε πίσω και μας παραδέχτηκε ότι έβαλε λάθος τυρί γιατί δεν είχε το κατάλληλο, Κυριακή μεσημέρι και δεν είχε σαλάτα παρά μόνο λάχανο και καρότο. The 4.9 rating is obviously from their own people. The shrimps were overcooked and hard, the fava beans were tasteless and watery, we turned the saganaki we ordered and he admitted that he put the wrong cheese because it did not have the right one, Sunday noon and it had no salad except cabbage and carrot.

We paid 50 euros for some wine, horta (boiled greens salad), a mixed green salad, spicy cheese sauce and fresh squid (small one, around 500gr.) and fresh cod fish (small one, around 500gr). Not too expensive, not cheap. Overall a positive experience, I'd go again!
