K	Konstantinos Palialexis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε παρεα των 10 ατόμων. Και μας πρότειναν να ενωσουν 2 τραπέζια των 4ρων για να μας "βολεύουν" με 10 άδεια, ούτε ρεζέρβε, τραπέζια γύρω γύρω. Πρώτη φορά μου λένε "αυτό είναι" αν θέλετε. έφυγα εννοείται. Το αστέρι αφορά την απαράδεκτη πρωτόγνωρη συμπεριφορά. Για το φαι γραφτετα εσείς, εγώ δεν θα πάρω... We went with a group of 10 people. And they suggested that we join 2 tables of the 4th to "suit" us with 10 empty, no reserve, tables around. First time they tell me "this is it" if you will. I left of course. The star refers to unacceptable unprecedented behavior. For what you wrote, I will not take ...
Γ	Γιαννης Δρακος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα από το τηλέφωνο για το σπίτι στις 9:30 και μου είπαν από το τηλέφωνο ότι θα καθυστερήσει λόγω φόρτου εργασίας κανά 20λεπτό. Ολα καλα μέχρι εδώ....μετά από μια ώρα στις 10:30 ξαναπηρα τηλέφωνο αφού δεν είχε έρθει ακόμα και με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι η παραγγελία έχει φύγει 100% όπως μου είπαν χαρακτηριστικά και όπου να ναι θα χτυπήσει το κουδούνι!!! Αφού πέρασαν αλλα 20 λεπτά και το κουδούνι δεν χτύπησε πήρα ξανά για να μου πουν ότι η παραγγελία σας δεν υπάρχει πουθενά μάλλον χάθηκε!!! Δεν έχω να πω τπτ άλλο...... ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΣΕ ΟΛΑ!!!!!!!!! I ordered over the phone for home at 9:30 and was told by phone that it would be delayed due to workload of about 20 minutes. All is well so far .... after an hour at 10:30 I got a call again since it had not arrived yet and they assured me that the order is 100% gone as I was told characteristically and wherever yes the bell will ring !!! After another 20 minutes passed and the bell did not ring I took it again to tell me that your order is nowhere to be lost !!! I have nothing more to say ...... UNACCEPTABLE TO EVERYTHING !!!!!!!!!

Γ	ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΣ ΚΑΡΑΜΠΕΛΑΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και άψογη φιλοξενία από την κ.Ελένη και τον κ.Βλάσση.Το επισκεφθηκαμε στις 02/04/22 στις 00.20 και ενώ έκλειναν σε 40 λεπτά μας καλοδεχτηκαν και μας πρόσφεραν ένα πολύ ωραίο φαΐ και ένα υπέροχο βιολογικό κρασί.Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!! Με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα το ξαναεπισκεφθουμε Ευχαριστούμε πολύ κ.Ελενη και κ.Βλάσση, που μας κάνατε και αισθανθήκαμε τόσο άνετα και όμορφα. Very good service and impeccable hospitality from Mrs. Eleni and Mr. Vlassis. We visited it on 02/04/22 at 00.20 and while they closed in 40 minutes they welcomed us and offered us a very nice food and a wonderful organic wine. We recommend it unreservedly !! We will visit it again at the first opportunity. Thank you very much Mr. Eleni and Mr. Vlassi, for making us and we felt so comfortable and beautiful.

Ωραία τοποθεσία, γρήγορο service , τα κρέατα του - για τα δικά μου δεδομένα - τα καλύτερα όλου του Ξυλοκάστρου και τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν εκεί ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Ειλικρινά, αναρωτιέμαι πως δεν το είχα "ανακαλύψει" νωρίτερα. Ποτέ όμως δεν είναι αργά. Θα πάω ξανά & ξανά...και ξανά! Ήταν όλα τέλεια! Must visit - must taste! Where has this store been hidden for so many years? A "diamond" in Xylokastro! Nice location, fast service, its meats - for my data - the best of all Xylokastro and the children who work there were all excellent! Honestly, I wonder if I hadn't "discovered" it earlier. But it is never too late. I will go again & again ... and again! Everything was perfect! Must visit - must taste!

We asked for some extra slouvlaki they made us wait at least 20 minutes (while there weren’t too many people) and when we asked why it’s taken so much time, the waiter was very rude telling us aggressively “if you had order this souvlaki with your first order, it would have came sooner”. I’m very dissatisfied with the overall service quality.
