★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πηρα μια πλακετα Profelmnet για συρομενη γκαραζοπορτα, καλό και στιβαρό προϊόν. Οταν το εγκαθιστούσα, χρειαστηκα μια τεχνικη πληροφορία 6:30 το απογευμα και πηρα τηλ ενα κινητό που ειχε για Support στην ιστοσελίδα τους. Αμέσως απάντησε μια κοπέλα, της εξηγησα το πρόβλημα και μου λέει σας παίρνουμε αμέσως πίσω. Πραγματι, μετα απο δυο λεπτά με πήραν στο κινητό (Support Β' Επιπέδου λεγεται αυτό) και μου έλυσαν το πρόβλημα. Εξαιρετικοί επαγγελματίες.
I got a Profelmnet board for a sliding garage door, a good and solid product. When I was installing it, I needed a technical information at 6:30 in the afternoon and got a cell phone that had Support for their website. A girl answered immediately, I explained the problem to her and she tells me we will take you back immediately. In fact, after two minutes they took me on my cell phone (this is called Level B Support) and solved my problem. Excellent professionals.
