★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Μου έβαλε τις φωνές μπροστά σε κόσμο γιατί δεν ενημέρωσα από πριν ότι θέλω να πληρώσω με κάρτα. Για δικό του τεχνικό θέμα, που από δίκη του υπευθυνότητα δεν με ενημέρωσε ότι δεν δέχεται κάρτες, το 2022 ολ αυτά. Και προσπάθησε να μεταβιβάσει σε μένα το φταίξιμο.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίο σουβλάκι και ποιοτικό. Ωστόσο την τελευταία φορά που παραγγείλαμε, τα καλαμάκια ήταν καμένα. Μέχρι εδώ το καταλαβαίνω, λάθη γίνονται και είναι απολύτως φυσιολογικό. Όταν πήρα όμως να τους ενημερώσω , μου μίλησαν πολύ άσχημα και αισθάνθηκα ότι με ειρωνεύτηκαν. Παρόλα αυτά μου ξανά έστειλαν την παραγγελία μου και όλα ήταν καλά.
Very nice skewer and quality. However the last time we ordered, the straws were burnt. So far I understand, mistakes are made and it is completely normal. But when I got to inform them, they spoke very badly to me and I felt that they were making fun of me. However, they sent me my order again and everything was fine.
