Delicious food, friendly staff, many cats around (like the name ψιψινα=greek nickname for the word cat).
Mid range prices, traditional greek music
Highly recommend the eggplant bruscchetta with feta cheese

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous place! Avoid at all cost. It’s the definition of wannabe fancy place that all they did was throw on the plates whatever they had in the kitchen with no concern whether the flavors go together or not. As someone that loves to experiment with different flavors and cousins I can safely say this was a disaster.
And don’t let me start with the cats!! I mean, yes they are lovely but not ON the table eating FROM OUR PLATES! We literally had one bite from each plate and we all got a tummy ache. We left within 30’ and no one even bothered asking us if everything was OK, I guess the almost untouched plates talked for themselves?
There are other nice places in Chora that would absolutely worth the money, like Margiola. Choose wisely!

+ Quiet, not in the central road of chora.
- We order "mpakaliaro skordalia" as a traditional greek dish but skordalia was totally different, something that was not clear in the menu.
- Reservation needed to ensure a table.

The place is very original and nice.
We were intrigued nearly by everything on the menu, not only the place is original but the food choice is out of the ordinary.
Everything we tried was truly delicious.
The prices are low.
I strongly recommend to have a meal at Psipsina if you're in Kythnos.

The service was good despite how busy the place was.
Food was tasty but nothing special.
